PATRICK D.The agent did not let us know that was a padlock on the back of the truck. We called 817 598 1213. No answer Called 1800 number on contract call was dropped twice on hold for 45 minutes. First agent did not provide any assistance. Called again and assisted by Debbie or Deborah. She was extremely helpful and and courteous.

Asked for an appliance dolly and got a regular dolly, had to go rent an appliance dolly. was charged an extra 17 dollars 3 days after my return with no explanation and they will not answer the phone. mailbox is too full to leave a message.
isaac B.The location did a really good job of having the truck ready and accessible however upon return the uhaul application on my android phone wouldn't upload any pictures and I couldn't return through the app. I called uhaul and the wait time was 93 minutes which is unacceptable. I was able to get the uhaul app working on my wife's iPhone. If that didn't work I would have been very unhappy.
John W.These comments will most likely never be read or acted on, but here are my comments: 1...There is no place to leave a vehicle during the rental period. 2...This is one of the worse consumer experiences I have ever had in my life. 3...I take exception to being forced to take coverage I do not want or need. 4...And I have H U G E issues with the U-Haul app. It is the most unfriendly app I have ever used 5...I am so dissatisfied with this experience that I am writing a letter to Mr. Joe Shoen. In case you don't know who that is - He's the CEO..... For the record - This negative review is in no way intended to criticize or review Creekside Automotive. This review is ALL ABOUT U-HAUL....!!!!!

I shouldn't have tp spend a half day just to rent a trailer !!!! The Reservation to pick a trailer took me hours. No one ever called me back, had to run all over town. Fix the App .

Dillon W.It seems that the people at the regional level of support are not on the same page as the local sites. The north Main Street location in Weatherford thinks it opens at 9:00 am. The U-haul site and the regional folks seem to believe they open at 8:30 am. The national/regional site believed they had a 20' truck. They did not. The largest available was a 15' truck. The regional people sent me to Mineral Springs to get a 20' truck. According the the website, they were open at 6:00 am. When we arrived, they said the gas station opens at 6 but U-haul opens at 10:00 am. It was 9:05 am when we arrived. We ended up going back to the Weatherford site and renting the 15' truck. My moving team was at our house, waiting. I was running back and forth between sites that weren't open or didn't have the correct equipment. The people on the phone at the regional site were very nice and very helpful but they can't help me if they don't have correct information.

pamela W.I was told on the phone I would be getting 1600 miles with the rental. At the time of return I was only given 750. I returned the vehicle 2 days early and was credited for that. The difference in miles I was supposed to get free made my bill more than the original agreement. I am not Ok with being lied to by UHaul.

Dominic M.i ordered pads and they were out, they did call me however and let me know. i arrived to pick up my truck with the mobile check in and could not open the lock on the truck to get the keys. after screwing around with it for twenty minutes i called for help. long story short the password for the lock was WRONG and once they figured it out i was able to get it open. put me 30 minutes late and a lot of frustration. i ordered one got to my location i realized they gave me two appliance dollies which was not what i ordered should have had one and a dolly for boxes, once again fail!

I had called letting them know I was coming when I arrived they said I need to come back later. I would not recommend JC Kwik Mart to anyone
John H.On line pickup was a mess. I was supposed to pick it up at 6:30. I wasn't able to get the truck until about 8. The lady on the phone was super nice and made it right. But I was on hold for over 30 minutes.
