After driving for another half hour, I finally found this place, and the owner was not there. The employee, said the owner would be back later, but did let me leave the truck. I should not be charged for ANY miles over 55 miles on that truck. It was not my fault that UHaul cannot give correct/accurate information to customers. I am so disappointed over the experience. I truly expected more from a company like UHaul.

LYLE N.It's not readily apparent that the adjacent structure is where you can retrieve the keys for mobile reservations, and had it not been for the other U-haul vehicles in the parking lot I would have driven right past the location due to lack of visible signage (there is an alleyway between the lot and the key box). However, the pickup process was smooth, and my only suggestion would be to add a countdown or estimated time for credential approvals (our instructions not to leave the page) so one doesn't refresh the page before receiving the approval to proceed with obtaining the vehicle key.
JASMINE B.I am glad to write this review from ONE YEAR AGO! I rented this trailer ONE YEAR AGO! They are just now closing the invoice out. I had a crashed in the trailer ONE YEAR AGO! I called to report the crash and it went nowhere! No one ever followed up. I received a call ONE MONTH AGO after receiving an invoice. They never knew that the trailer had been sitting in a scrap lot for over ONE YEAR! Sad! I told them the same information I told the insurance company ONE YEAR AGO! I told them where the trailer was and that my insurance company would take care of the bill. Uhaul staff needs more training. Upon receiving the Trailer, YESTERDAY, the area manager sent me a bill for $8400.. giggles. This was not my fault as I called the insurance company and had seen that I intact called them the next day to report it and retrieved my claim number. Uhaul will need to take it up with my insurance company at this point. There's nothing I can do from ONE YEAR AGO! The drop off location is NOT THE REAL LOCATION! That's just the closest to the scrap yard where the trailer was picked up from!
