Make sure you check all lights on equipment before you let off lot. The trailer i had was not checked before I left. When I checked it the next day the right side turn and brake light was not working. The connection pin where it plugged into the truck was broken off and missing. I made my trip with out it.

Inform the customer more than 12 hours that they are going to have to drive 2 hours round trip to pick up their truck. And make sure the truck is ready to go without a trailer still attached to it.

Absolutely fantastic dealer. The couple that run this location were fantastic. Very personable, fast, reliable service. Easily the best dealer I’ve dealt with out of the 8 or so dealers I’ve dealt with prior. Worth the drive from Cedar City. Thanks Crosbys!

Had to wait a long time to get the help, Original unit reserved not found and I was directed to a back dirt and mud lot and had no choice but was given a different unit which we had to dig out of the dirt and the had many issues with towing and upon the return in San Antonio U-Haul employee Joseph was looking at the trailer and told me it was very unsafe that the safety chains were not attached anywhere to the trailer and should NEVER have been rented..

Jessica called us to let us know that our return was considered late because we didn't know that we were supposed to check in on line since the facility was closed at the time we dropped off the truck. She told us to call U-Haul and let them know and they would be able to correct this. We did call and it was correted.

Your Ford trucks are always loud, rough riding, and get terrible fuel economy. The trucks Penske rents are far better. We recently drove one from MA to UT and were very pleased compared to Ford.

The dealer should check the equip. The trailer they hooked up for me had a bald tire. The dealer said "Oh there is an 800 number to call if you have a flat tire and they will come right out and change it" I was driving 1300+ miles in bad weather and would not have wanted to be stuck on the side of the road in the snow. He did not really seem to care, but did eventually bring out a different trailer.

I drove over 2 hours to pick up a reserved 26 foot truck just to find out when I got there that they only had a 15 foot moving van. Nobody from uhaul notified me prior to me driving all this way and wasting my weekend when I was supposed to be out of my place by the weekend.

I had an issue with my return because my contract and the truck we’re different. I had to swap out a new truck in Austin but it never reflected that on my contract. Stan was so delightful to deal with and so helpful that it made me grateful for the great people of Kanab

When I reserved the Truck the woman was sharp, pleasant and knew exactly what to do. I received an email confirmation with in minutes. Not to make promises about the size- I wanted the 17', was given an order for the 20', but the day of was given a 26'. More is better usually, except that it was more difficult to maneuver, and there were red flag warnings that day (empty large truck on interstate). I was disappointed because the store had said (on the phone with uhaul and me standing there) that they would get the 20' truck for that day if it wasn't at their facility.

I have rented from this location (and many others) before, so my basic information was in the system and my info came up when I called to make the reservation. The woman who took the reservation was knowledgeable and efficient in entering all my information to the current reservation. When I arrived to pick up the trailer, the man at the counter could not seem to find any of the information I had given the day before and typed it all in again with one finger. It was painfully slow. It took me a little more than 40 minutes to pick up a trailer! I was very disappointed by the inefficiency that cost me a lot of time.

When I picked up the trailer, I was very pleased with the attention and service but when I turned it in, I was horrified at how close I'd come to killing others due to an oversight on the p.u. site's part that had neglected to wrench tighten the ball joint's hitch adequately. When I dropped it off, the nut had loosened enough that it was a miracle that neither I nor anyone else had been killed. The person at the p.u. site seemed experienced and competent and I'm sorry to have to report this but it truly is a matter of life or death.

Rental location was great and people were very helpful and nice. Truck, however had a lot of dirt inside and was not swept out prior to my renting.

1) the website never assigned the reservation to a physical location. Luckily I called the location I was planning on picking up the equipment from and they said they don't have the equipment requested. This resulted in the reservation being shifted to a second location that did have the equipment available. 2) The woman at Crosby's had no idea what she was doing when it came to the UHaul rental process. After speaking with customer service for 10 minutes she just handed me a set of keys and said the truck should be out back somewhere. 3) The transport trailer assigned me didn't match the serial number of the one and only one in the yard so I had to make sure she updated the serial number before I took it. I was also provided no help in attaching the trailer. Again I was simply to the trailer should be out in the yard somewhere. 4) I had requested (5) dozen blankets. They had no idea where they were located. I ended up spending a full hour collecting individual wet and dirty blankets out of the back of various trailers. 5) The truck I was provided with had a flat tire that I learned of after leaving the lot. The front tire only had 50 PSI of pressure, not the 110 PSI required. Had I not noticed it and taken it to an auto shop for air it could have been a deadly trip. 6) The actual truck was in rough shape. Something was broken within the driver's side doo that squeaked and rattled the entire 600 miles. Summary) I am not impressed. Moving oneself is really hard work without having all of these issues thrown in. I will thing long an hard about using UHaul as my service provider for my next move.

Personnel very courteous, but not well trailed by U-Haul with regard to policy and procedure. No fault of their own. This did, however, delay our packing and travel time as we had to return to the location to re-rent the unit properly. Overall - the experience was chaotic from pick-up to return. Poor training and poor communication

It took 2 hours for me to pick up the u-haul. I had already given my information and had to do it again the morning I picked up the u-haul. The lights didn't work on the u-haul trailer but I was told it was the light connection on my vehicle. I took it to a service station who checked my vehicle and told me that the light connection was working fine and that it must be the u-haul. It did turn out to be the u-haul trailer that wasn't working. I was told that when I brought the u-haul back on Sunday night to call and someone would come help me unhook the u-haul trailer. When I called they told me no one was available to help me and that if I wasn't able to disconnect it, I would have to come back the following morning. The problem was I had to be at work at 8:00AM the next morning and it is a 35 mile drive from my house to the U-haul place in Pearsall. Fortunately I was able to unhook the trailer with the help of a friend and a hydraulic car jack I keep in the trunk of my vehicle.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. A first time user of Uhaul it took me 3 hrs to rent a truck I did not even need. Not all the locations fault they only had two trucks and the renter did not know they was the same size. Told me on the phone he had one 14ft truck and one 20ft truck. We got there and did all the paperwork and it would not let it go threw. Turns out he had two 20ft trucks and did not know. I only had one dresser and about 25 boxes of household items on a huge truck but had no choice Becouse by the time we got all the paperwork done all other locations was closed. So I had no choice but to rent a huge truck for 194.00 for a small amount of things to move. Not the worst. I get home to pack and about 8 pm my phone rings and it's the rental place where I had spent most of my day saying he forgot to have me sign a receipt and needed me to drive back up to sign and get my paperwork witch I had ask for when I left and he told me they will have it on the other end. That was not true. Turns out this big truck burns a lot of gas so it cost me another 164.00 in gas to go 300 miles. Sorry to vent. Not a great experience for me. May look to use diffarent company for next move.
