Bruce MI was charged for doing 16 miles on a short of halve full tank, which I filled with 5,63$ back to amost halve tank......11 % fuel charge. That's not right !!!!! I had 2 friends with me that saw the gage and watched when I filled it up again. I would apricate if you correct that. Other than that, it was a great rental and super agency. Would use them again. CARL LThe truck I assigned was ok but when I went to return it, while driving, it started making a weird popping noise but not like a backfire...like something was stuck & released. Really glad it was a short trip. I reported this to Tracy @ uhaul, she really didn't seem to care. She did however want to charge me an extra 20 for being late. This vehicle was back onsite well before it was due. I am disappointed with UHAULS poor customer service.

SARAH JSteve at Cross Bones Enterprises made my moving experience just perfect. Steve explained the contract process and even inspected my vehicle tie down for me before I hit the road. His facility was very easy to maneuver truck with trailer on pickup and return. I went over how to operate vehicle controls and adjust mirrors so I could see without blind spots. I have three minor issues to list: I will be 70 in two weeks (not an issue, just a visualization), I could not understand how to do the phone app so I did not use it. The plastic key holder banged my knee every time I moved my right leg toward the steering column, it's unpleasant and distracting, I used the USB charge port on the dash to keep my phone charged. It did not charge the phone (I tried 2 different cables) and at the end of each leg of the trip my phone was dead and I was distressed but I made it safe, When I dropped off the key in the box the sign said to use the app, my phone was on low power mode and was getting hot trying to work. I was able to take pictures of the keybox before I left. For the next customer, offer a lock with deposit for locking the box. I neglected to put a lock on it so I did not stray far from out of sight from the truck for bathroom break and used a porta pottie in a rest area. Thank you Uhaul for a terrific experience and especially Steve who made this an adventure to talk about!
david rDidn't think you could have a truck in Florida without Air Conditioning. Would have liked to have been given a heads up. Managed it though.
