Greetings, I received my final bill for the rental and the milage the facility recorded for my ending mileage was incorrect. I emailed the business with the picture and an explanation of the overcharge and I never heard from them. The amount is not huge, less than $20.00, but the final bill was incorrect. If someone reads this that can help, I would appreciate it.

Have bigger trucks available
The tail lights did not work on the truck.
Only one associate was working so had to wait a significant amount of time to return rental. Very frustrating!!!!!!

I arrived at my appointment time at 9am. No one was at the location to give me keys so a local scheduler had to send me another 17 miles further from my house after already have to change locations once. Later that afternoon a guy called me from the place returning my call he said the person supposed to be there was sick (not empathetically). I guess they don't check messages often. Just not a professional location and wasted an additional hour and a half of a busy moving day. I am sure we are a one-off situation. At least I hope we are. The scheduler Jennifer was very helpful on the phone to get me to my next pick-up location in Fort Collins which was much better!

GIRL FROM UHAUL IN DENVER CALLED ME LAST MINUTE, SHE WAS RUDE.....HAD TO GET HOUR RIDE WITH UBER TO PICK UP TRUCK AS LOCATIONCHANGED, PRICE WAS HIGHER THAN QUOTED! Price actually went up 2x. Truck pulled to right, was dirty upon pickup. Brakes squeaked.
App didn't work
The online app did not work so pick up and drop off were confusing. At least the store was open when I picked up or I would not have been able to get the keys.

I had a great experience, easy and fast pick up. I wasn't nickeled and dimed to death with extra charges. The truck was in great condition with excellent air conditioning.

Dropped off after hours
Pickup was easy and Jake was very friendly and accommodating getting us help from road side assistance. The one problem that I had was the electrical component to connect an auto transport had blown 2 fuses so when I arrived at my different location to get the auto transport I had to wait for 3 hours for road side assistance to come figure out that it was a blown fuse. It caused me to be a day behind since I did not drive off the U-Haul lot until 4:00 then rain came. U-Haul did extend my rental for 3 hours but the stress of waiting at a U-Haul location for road side assistance while I looked at 2 other 20 foot trucks was frustrating and made no sense. If that truck was not towing anything then swap trucks but no I had to wait 3 hours. Could of been handled differently then making the customer wait for road side assistance while sitting on the U-Haul lot with an empty truck.

I submitted a complaint 7/2/20 and am awaiting a response.Time and location change, rental was unclean, unavailable, and missing fluids.
My rental was unique and the local Uhaul location struggled to figure out my rental, causing More than an hour delay. Terrible customer service by Uhaul, do better.
Check unit in and out. Had 4 low tires. One with 14 pounds of pressure.
As usual the individual location and service was fantastic but the online reservation system was a nightmare. This caused us to drive and extra 40 miles to get a 10 ft truck. I know you never read these so I can just say I'm not surprised by the klinky online system and spending 30 minutes on hold waiting for a live service rep to get a simple reservation update.
They would not provide return credit for extra boxes I returned. They took info and said they would send a check but would not provide return credit for boxes purchased at other U-Haul agencies. I was encouraged to prepay extra miles and days. When I turned the truck in at Las Vegas I did not get the credit there. Las Vegas prepared a back charge paper so they can credit the $158.00 to my account. They should have told me not to prepay extra days and miles.

Scheduling was easy and staff was friendly, accommodating, and fully answered all questions. Equipment was ready as scheduled, clean, and the van was well maintained. We would rent from this location again!
My reservation got lost, and when I showed up I was lucky there was a truck available. The rep said the U-haul computer system had had a major malfunction.
Get your computer software fixed. Took 45†trying to check in at office until agent used a hard copy.
Excellent social distancing and a wonderful employee - he was friendly, put me at ease with social distancing procedures, and made me feel safe and comfortable during my pickup. I really appreciated his manner and communication during these uncertain times.

This location was great and the staff at this location are great. The problem is uhauls 800 customer service and poor app and website.
Don't charge so much to rent moving blankets. $5 or 6 isn't bad but you charge that per day.

When we picked up the reserved truck at Goo Rooz LLC, electronic pick up. There was not the dollies and blankets reserved. When the crossroads location opened at noon we were able to get the essential appliance dolly and service was excellent
Jake is very friendly and helpful. Great experience in comparison to last the location which was not good or customer friendly.
