This location is great, but your company has significant issues overall. I had a truck reserved for the day following this rental, and you canceled it at the last minute. You don't book a truck for a move at the last minute. It is something you plan, and your inability to deliver it is a disaster for your company. I wish I had done more research before I relied on you, once I did I found numerous instances of the same issue.

Melissa RichardsonThe actual location was amazing. The guy that helped me was awesome. This poor review is for the 24/7 ride share experience. What an absolute joke. I had a rental for 8 am. I showed up at 7:50am. I submitted the information. They made me wait 15 minutes to even move to the next step. The person who helped me on chat refused to answer me because I kept asking why I had to submit two references when I just rented a uhaul 1 week ago without issue. So I called because he wouldn't answer me. While waiting 25 minutes for someone to answer the phone, he or the system reset everything. So I had to re-upload all documentation. Time is now 8:55am. The lady on the phone tells me I am all set. I load up the app and ask her "what barcode do I need to scan" and she said oh and hung up on me. Thankfully the storage facility opened up and the guy took care of me and got me going, but over an hour to rent a uhaul. The service is a joke. I lost time on my move. I lost money on my movers I hired to meet me at 8:30. There should be some sort of refund or compensation because this service was absolutely ridiculous. Again, the guy at crossroads storage was the absolute best. It was your 24/7 service that was ridiculous.

If uhauls corporate is under staffed to help customers during the initial contact for services considerable business is being lost. I believe there is opportunity to modify the current processes that will better serve potential clients.
