You did excellent. It was Christmas Eve and she took the time to get me a dolly to move an appliance without a reservation. I appreciate that. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Lacey BThere was a bit of a situation when I showed up to pick up my truck. The person who had it before me was running late and brought the truck back absolutely dirty. I wish I could remember the name of the girl working at the storage facility. She did amazing. I felt so bad that she had to stay late and make sure everything was taken care of before I took possession, but she did everything and had a lot better attitude than I would of. The gentleman returning the truck was rude and took forever cleaning and I ended up having the truck over an HOUR past MY pickup time. I would definitely do business there again as the employee took great care of us and made sure we were satisfied before we left.

We had reserved a truck from a different uhaul provider and somehow they left us without a truck on the day we needed even though we reserved a month in advance. But the representative at this location saved our day and helped relieve a stressful situation with ease.

Devon HI would like to pick up a trailer that I requested instead of going some where else . I feel that you make very little effort to have the units at the location that is requested.

RICK BThe driveway was not plowed correctly. I told the woman who worked there about my reservations about backing the Uhaul truck (picked up at a different location) into the very narrow space that was plowed to connect the truck to the trailer I was renting from their location. She said in a very curt tone that someone managed to park it there the day before and there would be no problem. She told me to pull into the snow and back into it. I did as she was told and got stuck. She brought out a tiny carton(about two pints worth) of salt and sprinkled it around the wheel (for traction - ha!) It was obvious that would do nothing as there was a thick sheet of ice beneath the snow. I asked her for a shovel. She sauntered inside and eventually came out with a flimsy plastic shovel. It was not going to do the trick. I asked her if she had more rock salt. She said that she did not. When I looked shocked, she said she did, indeed, have more but it was a 50-pound bag and she was not going to bring it out. I told her that she was responsible for the truck getting stuck, both because of the unkempt condition of the parking lot and because she was the one who instructed me to pull into the snow. She became highly reactive and said that she was not going to help us anymore. She said we could get ourselves out and sauntered back inside of the warm building. She left my elderly father and me in the cold and did nothing while we, by the sheer force of will, managed to get ourselves out...taking an hour to do so. She did not help us connect the trailer correctly; she gave no advice how to connect the car to the trailer. Just as we were leaving, the owner of the facility drives up and asked if we needed anything. I explained to him what had happened and he defended her. He did admit that she doesn't know how to operate the equipment. He also admitted the parking lot was plowed terribly. I was treated terribly. My elderly father and I were left in the cold without any help after her instruction to pull into an unplowed portion of the parking area in order to connect the truck to the trailer hitch. We were yelled at and disrespected. Lastly, when we returned the trailer, the crank to lower it broke. Fortunately, the person at the Santa Fe location was much more helpful and he came out with a device that allowed us to lower it.
