Lacey BThere was a bit of a situation when I showed up to pick up my truck. The person who had it before me was running late and brought the truck back absolutely dirty. I wish I could remember the name of the girl working at the storage facility. She did amazing. I felt so bad that she had to stay late and make sure everything was taken care of before I took possession, but she did everything and had a lot better attitude than I would of. The gentleman returning the truck was rude and took forever cleaning and I ended up having the truck over an HOUR past MY pickup time. I would definitely do business there again as the employee took great care of us and made sure we were satisfied before we left.

Mark SMaybe possibly filling the gas tanks that way customers don't have to do it right away and that way customers would have to bring them back on full tanks. Just a suggestion that's all. Otherwise doing great.

Matt KTire was low and I had to fill it. Drivers side wiper was falling apart. Serpentine belt squeeked loudly after 10 minutes of driving. Location was not ready for my appointment and did not go over the vehicle with me.

ricky oI would be nice for a directional sign when you come into the building to know where the office is to sign in. Regarding the lady that was working, she was great! Friendly, helpful, had my order ready and explained everything. Would definitely recommend this location to others
Neal VI have booked 3 rentals at the Maquoketa Cross Town storage & u Haul. Not one was honored for that location. This is not how customers should be treated.

Michael WOur uhal representative was so helpful. We had reserved a truck from a different uhaul provider and somehow they left us without a truck on the day we needed even though we reserved a month in advance. But the representative at this location saved our day and helped relieve a stressful situation with ease.
