Web site didn't quite let me complete initial transaction, although reservation was made and trailer was available as required. Whole process went smoothly and overall experience was very good.

Michelle GI always have issues with the app when trying to return equip. My security settings will not go to that page due to "too many redirects". Also it would be nice to be able to upload a picture taken before I turned in keys (app only opens camera for pic - no other way to provide picture). Example: I arrived back at dealer about 10 mins after closing. I took a picture for milage and fuel level, intending to show it to them (not realizing I missed them). I go to door, realize it's locked. Drop the keys in drop box and go to my vehicle to do the check-in. Can't upload the pic I took and truck is locked!

David JThe customer service was excellent. The only concern I had was that the truck had a 'service tire monitoring system' warning come on. When I brought it up to the attendant when I returned the truck, and he said it was expensive to repair. Not sure how long it had been showing that alert.

Jeffrey WWish I had found these guys before. Previous helpers were not prepared to address the transfer of furniture and a safe from storage to home location. These guys had a refrigerator dolly and a ramp ready to go. They moved items in storage to get to refrigerators, loaded trailer, put everything back in place, drove to property and unloaded everything in 1 and 15 minutes. Will be using them again when we can move everything to our new home.

They were very prompt, knowledgeable, and polite. We were on time and out the door very quickly due to their professionalism and good help in hooking up our trailer.
