I explained to staff multiple times that the tank was full now. However, when we picked it up it was only above half. I showed her the picture and asked that it be corrected per the U-Haul at University City in Philadelphia. She told me she would take of it. After viewing the picture. Clearly the picture shows the tank was half full in the U-Haul parking lot in Philadelphia. She told me she'd take care of it, however last evening I got a charge for 3 gallons of gas. I dispute this fact because when I picked it up it was half full and I returned it on full. Regardless, if it was the 3 gallon short I was still above and shouldn't have been charged. Very disappointed

Everything was fine. The lady at the desk was very nice, extremely helpful and funny. The vehicle was clean and looked awesome. I would definitely recommend this business to others.

I stored my rv there although I live in Houston. Was a bit worried at first but after looking around I felt my rv would be ok. My feelings were correct I never had any issues and I picked up my rv the way I left it. I would definitely store my rv there again.

I requested an appliances dolly and received a utility one instead. If the facility doesn't have the equipment requested there's no need to add anything different. I had the unrequested equipment just in the way cause I didn't use it

The young lady that assisted me with the rental was extremely nice . The only issue I had was i wqs charged for gas and i brought the truck back with the same amount of gas in it

Make sure you have the equipment ready that the customer orders on the reservation or alert them ahead of time before the customer picks up the truck. I order an appliance dolly but when I picked up the truck on Saturday morning it was not available.

prices are higher than they should be. workers are pleasant is plus equipment is good plus crazy to rent everything else but be forces to buy hitch to fit rental truck and trailor that was rented,. also it is pure nutz to have to get trailor at one place and drive 50 miles to another to get the truck. and then repeat process. we did not use the hitch and ball and i offered it back for half price but dealer said no. i just think the folks are terrifioc but corporate policies are holding them back with rules and high prices.

My roof caved in on my unit, so i had to file a claim. They had dead rats and things like this in my unit decaying. My mattress was covered in rat urine & there was rat droppings throughout my unit. The money they gave me didn't cover half of the things in my unit.

Always a pleasant visit to my unit and the bonus of having U-Haul equipment available also makes this a first choice in my storage needs. Crown storage is King!

Absolutely horrendous place to rent from. No help whatsoever, no communication from owner. There's absolutely no need for a 15000 step verification process. I work in a hospital and it's easier to handle and access narcotics than it is to rent a uhaul. If you simply had a person on site making minimum wage, it would've taken 15 seconds instead of the 35 minutes and six phone calls I ended up having to make.

Communication is key! Make sure people understand this is a remote rental and what the process is. I was one of two people at the site that did not know that this was a remote rental and how to go about it. After calling the number, and receiving help, it was an easy process.

Everything about the entire rental process was a breeze miss Rachel very helpful very informative very patient because the size unit I initially thought I needed was actually too small so patiently told me which ones she had me through the entire process and made everything Easy I can’t thank you enough.

I was completely satisfied with the location and service. However I picked up my uhaul Friday May 10th, 2024 at 2pm returned the vehicle at 12:34pm Saturday May 11th, 2024. Placed the key in the drop box as Crown was closed on Saturday. and utilized the Uhaul app to return the vehicle. Monday morning I checked my Uhaul account on the computer only to see the van had not been checked in. I was then charged 2 additional days. James

Small site, overstocked with UHaul trucks and trailers, nowhere to park. I brought my rental truck in for return and inspection. The attendant did not have time to walk around or check it in. I took a video and left. A couple hours later I receive a BUllShit charge for cleanliness, I called Renee with Crown Storage, and voiced my concerns and they never called me back. I'll use Penske or Ryder next time. UHaul, as a company Sucks.

I dropped off truck after hours due to uhaul request with same amount of fuel in tank as I picked it up and was charged 2 gallons. That was incorrect charge. None called to verify anything before hand.

I really have no complaints. Everything went well and all the equipment was in good working order. The truck was loaded with two dollys as requested. I will definitely recommend them and rent from them again! Dawn S

I didn't receive my funds back that I was supposed to. No one was there when I arrived and they don't answer the phone. They only talk through text which is very unprofessional.

Horrible service a lot of unexpected fees added with no explanations. I wouldn't do business with these people ever again for anything their name is attached to. Do yourself a favor and run away from this place it's definitely not worth your time and money.

I was unsure what mileage to put when asked how many miles I was going to drive. I had no idea and exceeded my estimate. That was my only hang up.

Return vehicle to this location, however the worker never officially checked the vehicle back into to system, and rented the vehicle to another customer while the vehicle was still showing to be rented our to me on my credit card. It took me 2 months to get that situation resolved

I was told that I would not be charged for miles, for a intercity rental. Consequently I was charged!! Due to the Traffic calling and changing my time, I did was not able to rent from the original company I spoke to that book my rental. This was not a good deal.

I did not give and excellent rating because the inside of the truck was not swept out and very dirty. but I did swept out the cargo area before I return it for the next customer !!! The man at the location was very nice and helpful (Darby). My only other disappointment was the days of the office hours did not match the website days and hours. On the site it says 930am on all days office is open but when I ordered my truck I could not select anything earlier then 10am.

The Sunday pick up process was difficult to complete. It took us 45 minutes to secure and drive our uhaul truck and the rented appliance dolly was not available in the truck cargo. However after the management was able to locate the dolly for us. Staff was courteous.

It is always inconvenient when a furniture store does not deliver, so a last minute van rental was needed. It was such a quick and easy experience at this location, plus I received a discount for being a VETERAN...so that was great!!! This is definitely the location to rent from if you are ever in need!

The only reason I'm actually putting below average is because i didn't pay off the unit so I knew it was going to auction. The problem is they took everything out that was good and easy fast money and then took pictures and put it on the auction site! For one you aren't supposed to take out of a unit period it goes to auction and it was dug through before it ever went to auction.

Overall - 5 stars I do have to say, i hit a few snags with getting responses a couple times. But they made up for it as quickly as they could. And were super nice and professional about it!! So i don't want those couple of instances to reflect my overall experience. Just maybe something they could work on (I hate to say that lol but its true) The units were clean and in a safe environment. No bugs. Never got any water. The gate was always secure. The property was well maintained. And the price was right! I will recommend!
