Richard WeltyI was not happy in my pick up of the truck. The place was suppose to open at 9:30 but found out it opened at 11:00. I spent over a hour on the phone trying to get the code for the lock box. Finally some young lady got things worked out so I could get the key and on my way.
MARK EVERETTApp was difficult to use but eventually worked. Vehicle was covered in snow and took extra long for me to clean off snow to make it safe visibility to drive.

Greg KnuevenThere was some spillage at the cup holder, not a big deal at all but noticeable. The dolly was not secure and came off its bracket. The truck was empty which is a harsher ride than when it is loaded down but I was on a paved road and the dolly was loose. I had one item to bring back and luckily it was not damaged

Vince CalvoThe mileage was so wrong and the company is to blame. Not the location of staff. When you measure the gas level. Don't put a 1 before the 5/16th level. I know math and don't cheat me. Not able to say good thing about booking online. Go to the Erie location and talk to the great people there.

Joseph DixonNeeded to move a bunch of stuff on a Sunday and used the U-Haul Truck Share 24/7. The app led me through the pickup process as well as the drop off - the whole experience was great! Keep up the great work with your focus on customer experience!
MARK DINANSuper easy transaction and good customer service. The truck was relatively clean but smelled pretty strongly like smoke, which is sad considering it says no smoking in the side of the vehicle. Other than that I had a great experience with the rental process.

Tim NorlieThe vehicle was in bad shape and we had problems with the back door opening and closing. The vehicle had a tough time starting and had 157k miles on it. It was a piece of crap. We will go to Pensk next time.
SallyGordon Wolfe1) The vehicle was on less than E when I turned on the ignition. 2) The low tire pressure message was on when I turned on the vehicle making the mileage reading unavailable. I had to immediately drive miles out of my way to get gas and air for tires. 3)The internet reception was almost non existent at that location making the mobile check in and out triple the time it should take. In fact, I could not even check the vehicle back in because of it. 4) I was on hold for 45min waiting for a customer service person to assist me with my concerns and questions on how to navigate the tire pressure issue. To no resolution. 5) I was refunded my total amount of $50 the next business day, for my troubles. But I spent way too much time and stress than it was worth. All-in-all, if no one is monitoring a location physically, then at least provide a good internet signal and the ability to speak to a phone representative within a very reasonable amount of time.
