Eric H.The lady there was very rude. She made threats to me about calling the police because I had the uhaul a day over. Over charged me on miles, gas and cleaning the vehicle.
Justin M.I got charged and the customer service rep (or help guide for the location, NOT the site manager) was so rude and lacked compassion. I didn't receive a callback nor letter saying why I would still have the charges remain on a technicality. This will dissuade me from renting with Uhaul.

I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to this location I had the displeasure of visiting. Then to charge me 20 to check in after I used the app is totally ridiculous. Customer service is truly becoming a lost art and the individuals I've come in contact with in your organization continues to prove my point.
Kevin C.I loved the customer service at my pockup location. The lady thete was eager and willing to assist me with my reservation. I will definitely ise this location in the future. We only used the unit one day and returned it early to ensure someone else needing a 10ft would have it avaliable. My drop off howeber, was unsettling.

Larry C.This particular location was great, she was very helpful and friendly. Nonetheless, almost every time I rent with Uhaul there is a problem. In this case, I almost could not receive the truck upon arrival because an e-alert popped up when she was finalizing the rental. The e-alert was apparently from the last time I rented a truck and car transport and we found out that no one ever checked the car transport in, then rented it to another customer. It wasn't until the next customer returned the transport many days later that it was finally checked in, but still under MY NAME! So they were claiming I owed them 300 $+ for not returning when, in fact, THEY are the ones who screwed up. When we finally resolved the issue, I was able to rent the truck. Now they are saying I owe them for having the truck for 2 days when I only had it one day and I have to file a dispute to try to get my money back, if they even give it back to me. Not to mention, the lady I spoke to regarding this matter was extremely rude and had no care to hear my concerns. Almost every time I rent a truck, they never have the size truck I reserved and offer me whatever is in the lot, if anything! I can go on and on about the many issues I've had with Uhaul but this is my LAST time using their services and I won't be recommending anyone to them.
Jaisley B.Make sure you give customers full details on and about the u haul. Also pay attention to what you are charging. I WAS OVER CHARGED. Next time I'll write the mileage down and take a picture of the gas. Next time I will be sure to make sure I go to someone VERY Professional !!!!

tamika C.weather conditions/Yo company did not waive any finances...I went over estimated mileage...due to limited free at travel...had2 go long way/back roads...accidents/national rain storm and snow hindered my travel time......and the (ignition) was broken...slowed my travel time...(radio broke)????i called ln 2office report conditions and vechicle was not clean.......door handle knob falls off!!!my worst experience ever!!

Darrell W.Sales cerk and GM was very rude. He tried over charging me and defrauded me. In between my rental he tried authorizing my card without having the rental back. After I returned the rental and left the location the GM ran my card on 3 different attempts, where a fraud block was placed on my card. He kicked me off property with a letter because I was not in agreement with his charges and also called me a @#$!@!. I will be moving forward with an attorney for racial profiling. I will never rent from this location again. I recommend that his contact be terminated before you all lose more customers

David D.The manager at 9447 Cullen was very impatient and became angry or agitated when I wanted to read all of my contract before I signed it. A customer should be given the time they need to read their contract w/o the manager rushing them to sign. After all I am responsible for everything in the contract so therefore I should read and understand what my responsibilities are.
Lois G.I will be contacting corporate we reserved a 10" truck for sept 1 at noon first of all they had the time wrong and the location so we picked up the truck at the location that was available we get home and the truck is infested with roaches I called and spoke with the manager and he seemed like no biggie and 92,09 $ was pending I told him I am not paying that we didn't even move our stuff. So he credited back but still charged us for has which is not a big deal we paid it but the point was that was terrible customer service that was a waste of our time. Mind you this is our first ever place together moving out already stressed terrible experience will never recommend this place ever!!!
