The can of the truck was extremely bouncy, it seemed like the wheels were needing to be balanced. It was a very rough 11 hour drive. I would not recommend renting that truck again until it was looked at by a mechanic.

Now, the computer system that the U-Haul company uses is sorta crummy, and slower than Death eating a cracker, and could use some streamlining……….

ERIC NProbably not leave the truck with muddy shoe prints in it and leave the truck literally on empty for furl but require it returned on a 1/4 of a tank?

jim mThe pick up location looks like a dirty shop and kind of suspicious from the parking lot but was the best Uhaul experience I've ever had. The gentleman who operates the shop is kind, easy to talk to, explains everything in detail, and makes sure you're comfortable with the equipment. I recommend this location.
