Patrick FWhen we returned the truck we returned it earlier than we said we would. As soon as we got out of the truck the old man working there started screaming at us to just leave the truck there and he will get to it later. No thank you or anything. Then we realized we accidentally forgot to leave the dolly in the truck so our friends brought it back immediately. The guy was a jerk to them. Told them that he could've charged us for that if he wanted to. Then my friend asked for a receipt and he said he's not going to do that. He was a very rude person. I will never do business with this guy ever again. And I will tell all my friends not to ever go there.

JOHN PDid not have equipment that I ordered, gave me false information and I was charged extra because of it. I was told I would be contacted about my dispute of the charges and never received any form of communication before money was already taken out of my account. Extremely dissatisfied with this whole exchange.

Raul TI was told to have the truck back by Friday and I returned to find out after I received an email with additional cost which I am deputing with my credit card company because I was told one thing and got something totally different, never using U-Haul again.

SHAWN D15" ft truck that was rented for after-hours mobile pickup would not start (ignition would not even turn on). Very poor lighting on property site for taking required mobile-check in photos.
ANTHONY MThe movers I scheduled 4 weeks before I needed them were terrible about reaching out to us. And they backed out the day of our move. That left us in a terrible bind since we were moving to Texas. We had to do it ourselves and left at 1030 p.
LEROY OI only use the rental for a few hours and got charged 127 for the cost and return it before they closed I picked it up at 930am and return it before 12pm
TERRY KMike at Currys is AWESOME! I continue to return to rent from him as he ensures I have good equipment that is prepared to go for a longer move across country. Excellent, excellent, excellent!

Cecilia LIt was great that I was able to keep my car there while I used the truck for the day. Very friendly people working there. It's close to a gas station for filling up prior to returning the truck.

KLLI PI had a great experience I called them and Mike was checking a customer out at the moment but he called me right back when he said he would I told him what I needed and he set my reservation I showed up and he got me on my way promptly

JUAN LOriginally supposed to pick up in Cherry Valley but location didn't have any trucks so reservation was moved to Belvidere. Only problem with it is that I wasn't sent an update. I had to call U-Haul to find out where to pick up the truck.
JAMES DCurry's Auto was awesome to deal with! Easy in, easy out. The people are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this location.

Steven GI ordered a car in advance. I arrived at 6 am. But I couldn't scan or attach a photo of my license. I lost 3 hours. You might think that these are phone problems or that I didn't scan correctly. But while I was waiting for the office to open, I stopped by another Uhal office that opens earlier. The office made three attempts to scan the documents and they failed. They apologized and I went back to the office where I ordered the car. The software needs to be fixed.
Mykhailo KWhen I arrived I followed my check in online. I got a screen that said take the phone inside and show it to the vendor to receive the key. The man refused to give me a key without a code. I showed him the screen. Read it out loud to him and he still refused to give me a key! I went back to my car and used the chat feature to report the problem. In a few minutes a woman walked out with the key. She was very helpful. I had the truck for 2 hours and put 7 miles on it. I still put gas in it because I didn't trust the man. I won't rent from this location again.
HEATHER CSaw a few reviews that the owner of this location was rude or short with the customers; my opinion is those experiences were just mis-reads of the situations. My experience was that he's just a neat older guy that likes to tease and cut up a little... if you just go with the flow and keep your side polite, he's a REALLY pleasant and fun guy to talk to. Trailer we used worked out great and he helped us get all hooked up and with everything we needed. Will definitely rent here again when the need arises.

Pamela SThis guy was a complete nutball. Complaining to us about how the discount Uhaul provided us directly affects his bottom line. This was not an appropriate discussion to have with a customer. Do Not Recommend. By The Way -- Uhaul completely screwed us on this, we were supposed to pick the truck up an entire day prior, but it wasn't there! We lost an entire day of packing that left us scrambling to get our move completed. This cost us about $500 in cleaning fees and yardwork fees due to the work we were unable to complete. Very frustrating, I'll be looking at another provider for our next move.

Dale DTook me over an hour to get the truck on a Sunday. The pick-up location was changed, the app didn't work, waited almost half an hour on hold to get help, combination to lock box with key eas wrong.
