We had originally scheduled a pickup at a different location, but U-Haul changed it 2 days before picking up. There was no to park when we arrived, the gate was locked. There were 2 huge pit bulls inside charging the door. The owner didn't even know how much gas was in the vehicle. He said I could find out when I got in the truck. Then we started out with the truck, and it won't get above 45 mph. I ended up stopping at another UHAUL place to turn it in and get another. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!

This place was trash. You literally drop in off on the side of the road, there's no type of security.

There was nobody at the location even during open business hours. I had to contact uhaul to figure out how to get access to my uhaul rental truck while by myself in not the best-looking neighborhood.

They moved my reservation to a bad part of town and I was left there for two hours alone only to be called after I was on the road to say I had a reserved truck at the original location. This took over two hours total meaning the movers had to leave before they were done. This whole fiasco ended up costing me over $600 extra that Uhaul should compensate me for.

I rented a truck for 10am. I showed up at 10am to pickup the truck and the shop owner didn't show up to open his business until 10:25am. The truck was not ready for rental. It was dirty inside the cabin, the rear stowage container was filthy with mud and debris from the last renters. The gas tank was 1/4 full. I didn't leave Custom Specialties with the truck until 11am because of the different discrepancies. I recommend being prepared for customers when they come to pickup their rentals, as they might be on a schedule as well. I recommend cleaning and refueling the trucks to turnover for the next renters, if the previous renters did not do so.

They said they opened at 10 which was incorrect. I sat outside waiting until I called uhaul directly and they handled it.

I am being overcharged for gas that Wasn't even in the truck when I received it. I am highly upset I went to the location today to try to resolve the issue and they said they're going to have to do Further investigation.

Very big lack of communication resulting in taking 2,5 hours to pick up the truck and trailer.

We dropped off the truck before the store opened. There was barely a place to park the 26' truck.

This location was not the problem. There were two locations listed on W Street one is no longer in business and this place which had no idea we were coming. They place we dropped off was very helpful and curtious your on line 800 number was worthless.

The turn in location would have been fine if someone were there. But once I got him on the phone it was fine. I would recommend the turn in location with instructions what to do.

Be sure that when you choose to pick up in person that the location chosen will be OPEN! Took 1,5 hours just to get my keys for my truck. Put me WAY behind in my move. Extremely inconvenient. Multiple calls and a hour ON HOLD. My pick up time was 0830 and the place didn't open till 1000. My reservation was changed without my knowing to 24hr pick up bit was not given the appropriate information to pick up until after over an hour on the phone. AND THEN my equipment i rented, dolly/furniture pads, were NOT on the truck. Didn't have time to wait around till opening time to obtain them. Just overall a very unpleasant pick up ordeal. Extremely dissatisfied

There needs to be more training done for the office staff to complete U-haul paperwork.

Trash your current reservation system and start over. The process of reserving the truck was a nightmare. You should hire someone from the car rental business that knows how to set up a more customer friendly process. I would not recommend your reservation system to anyone.

TRAIN the people there. HAVE THE EQUIPMENT promised. we were over 45 minutes picking up a truck that had been reserved ahead, and done the check-in online!!!! We were told this location had a 10' truck, but only had a 15 and a 20. Ran horrible, was not sure it would make the trip without breaking down. Was not cleaned out after last user.

my initial reservation was made at your Pace Blvd location. Upon arrival I was told that they had given my reserved trailer to someone else and I was out of luck. Very unprofessional! Then I was told to go to the W Street location, "they have one". This put me behind schedule. No explanation, whatsoever. The W street location was very helpful in taking care of my reservation. I Would NOT, use or recommend the Pace Blvd location. EVER!

Didn't realize that the system reserved our equipment at a location that was not the facility around the corner from us until we went to pick it up. A bit frustrating. The man working at the location where we picked up the unit was very helpful. We ended up loading our car on the auto transport at the rental facility. He helped load and secure the car. Having a professional load it gave us peace of mind on our trip. Really appreciated him going the extra mile.

The truck was not up to date. The tire on the truck blew out and I felt that if the truck were being maintained properly this would have never happened. The guy should have checked to make sure that the tires were not prior to renting it out My life and my child life was placed in danger ; especially being that the guy knew that the truck was going from Pensacola to Jacksonville been on the interstate . This could've been bad for a lot of other people as well if the truck had turned over. I feel that you can purchase part of my money back for the inconvenience and putting my life in danger .

Was not a good part of town.was no one there to check in, and the key drop box was hose clamped to a sign pole outside.not very secure in my opinion.

inform customers that car hauler will trash front bumper skins and don't back up because hauler will trash fenders and doors

I had to go buy an adapter to plug in the lights for the trailer. It would be nice if locations had them on hand to go with trailers when needed.
