starr eVery customer service oriented! Don and Sammy were wonderful! Don happened to be on site after closing time when I arrived for an after hours return. He graciously processed my return. Merci.
Pete VTheir was damaged to the top of the u-haul truck that resulted in everything inside getting wet. 2 tv's wer damaged.,2 Xboxs,shoes,clothing, laptops. And yall still made me pay for the rental. This should not be my fault if the truck was properly inspected as well as the top of the truck. This is ridiculous! Because i was not moving far i did not get the truck insurance. My insurance would have coverd damage to the body of the truck. Everything was wet boxes could not be picked up because of the water damage. The only person that has to pay was me and my children. No one was willing to address this issue. I called the dealer and there is nothing they can do. Uhaul is not going to do anything either. So im out of all the items that where ruined by a damaged truck that i rented not knowing that it had damage to the top where i cant look.

Alex LReserved a truck for two days. When I went to pick it up, it wasn't available, but they had one reserved for me. 3 miles up the road the staff they were very apologetic and helpful. When I picked up my truck, the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and extremely nice when I picked it up and when I returned it.

Eric BI had a difficult time doing the on line check in when I dropped the car! (After hours drop off) Had to wait 20 minutes in a dark parking lot to get some corporate phone assistance. Need to be more clear "up front" to NOT DROP THE KEY BEFORE YOU CHECK CAR IN! I had dropped the key then was asked to provide picture of odometer and gas gauge!

Gary GPricing: 0,89¢per mile Staff wasn't able and didn't give a good estimate on price. Told me 79 end paying 104 plus 60 gas. Gas mileage is bad, maybe need a tune up. 30 miles uses half a tank and half a tank cost 55 dollars. A/c didn't work. Got the job done, just a bad experience. By the way I only had the truck 3 hours.

Zer SWhen you book the truck and select the times... It doesn't not say there is an additional charge for turning it in after it closes .... Nor is it stated at the location. Charging $20 for it is wrong.
