Super friendly people! The office was "open" and the door was locked when I arrived, this could have been due to a scheduling issue but there was a sticky mess all over the middle seat I assume from an energy drink of some kind and I had to sweep out the back of the truck before I could load anything in.

Add a jack to the nose of the tandom trailers to assist in hooking and unhooking the trailer.

Katie SI was ripped off. I will be putting a hold on the CC charges. They set me up for a local rental and it was supposed to be one way. When I dropped it off I was charged again even though my reservation was one way from Ark to Cumming Ga.
Steve BThe staff was excellent but the 4 x 8 trailer I was given was extremely beat up on the inside and outside and probably doesn't need to be in rotation any longer. All the scratches and dents were marked but it was extremely dented and beat up. It was the worst I've ever been given.
Shawn HThe person who helped me was very friendly and nice. He did not have the mattress pads I ordered or the four wheel furniture cart. He did have the two wheel dolly but was unable to attach it to my order on his computer so I couldn't take it. He did give me a small discount for the inconvenience. What I arrived at my destination 500 miles away and unloaded I went to my local Uhaul which is a full service Uhaul dealer. They told me the trailer was not properly attached or secured and the bolt was not tightened down at all. Somehow the receiver had jammed over the ball and the tension created managed to hold it in place during transit. Due to the tension on the connection they struggled to get it off and we would up having to remove the entire hitch assemply in order to get it to release. I'm thankful no one was hurt.
