Great service easy process
Kyle CI would highly recommend to be refunded for the return of the uhual earlier. I returned my uhual an hour early and feel like I should be refunded for that hour. Its upsetting because you charge for the extra hour still so the customer loses.
Jackie CI hate that I was told I went over 53 miles on a one way trip from Rosharon to Baytown when the trip itself was only 52 miles! I was given 61 miles to use from the start! Uhaul sucks!!!

MARCUS HMaybe a larger inventory at this location but although the small truck I planned to rent was not available, I got a small trailer that worked well. Kudos to Trey who helped me with the rental and hook up etc. he is very helpful and friendly!

Charles BWe were just automatically assigned a drop off location without asking us. We have a U-Haul location right down the road but we have to drop it off 15 miles from us in Austin. We called the customer service but no help. Very disappointed.
Kenneth Wuhaul was not starting after loading everything . Had to get a new jumper and another battery to get it started 5 time within 24 hours. worst experience

George SFirst of all the guy sat behind the desk and said that the truck was on 1/2 tank which is wasn't, the tank was in between 1/2 and 3/8. I was charged $15 for that, which I would have disputed at the time. As soon as backed the truck out the mileage changed to 118197 when i put in drive. The truck doesn't have a tenth digit on the odometer so no accurate reading of the mileage. I took a picture of the mileage when i put the vehicle in drive and my return mileage. I didn't get the gas needle when I left. I will never rent from Uhaul again.

Chris MThe sales rep and location was very accommodating, fast, and efficient. Uhaul overall should consider offering an option to charge for fuel or mileage. Even rental cars offer unlimited mileage with returning the vehicle at the same level of fuel. The online pricing seems reasonable, but when you get to the counter, you find that the cost skyrockets and it is very misleading for a customer on a budget.

Belinda CNot being able to collect my $60 deposit and finalize my venture was disappointing. I have to make an additional trip back to the pickup location was my given option. Also other than the drop off time being noted for reference on the emailed transaction receipt the monetary values shown didn't coordinate with my contract or make sense otherwise at all. So it's probably better that I'm having to handle the account balancing at the pickup location.
Alan SHave Uhaul make sure everything works when hooked up. Don't leave it to the renter. All connections worked but uhaul would have never known.

Troy HThe young man who checked me out was extremely disrespectful. I ordered moving pads and 2 dolly's. During checkout I told the guy that I no longer wanted the dolly's. He said he removed them and I checked out. When I went to the truck and looked for the pads, he said he removed them when he removed the dolly's. I told him I needed the pads, and he said with complete disgust "FUCK"!!! I told him nevermind, I don't want the pads. I have never been disrespected in this way before. I would not refer this location to anyone.
Willita BI tried to drop the truck off at 7:30 am Monday, September 12 but the lot was locked up and there was no place to park the truck but on the grass. No visible lock box. I went back at 8 am when they opened to return the vehicle - CLEAN AND GASSED UP. Evidentally the girl did not do the proper paperwork to return, and a few days later I got a phone call about where the truck was. Thank goodness I took pictures when I returned it for proof. This was not a smooth, easy rental.
Jody WI was over charged and I was promised a refund but I never got it. It's been over 3-5 business days and I am highly unsatisfied and more than likely will not be using uhaul in the future as well as advising the people I know to not use it as well.

Thomas DThe gas was on empty the check engine light was on and the back had dirt and broken glass. Lucky I took a picture of the dial showing the gas and the check engine light .I showed the person at the drop off sight he was gonna charge me for gas.

Troy MI was charged for gas and a gas fee for a half a tank of gas along with insurance I did not ask for. I sent an email to corporate with no response. Worst customer service ever will never go back super upset competition has way better rates
James ANo one at location at time of drop off. Then he wanted to charge me a rental for not being there on time. Owner wanted me to hand move trailer around his lot, i said no and he got mad. My back is not good why would hurt my self. This place seemed Shady.
