The service was better than expected. No hassles, no wait, and the young man was very polite and helpful. I can't think of any improvement needed.
Michael F.My main issue with uhaul is it only gave me 277 miles included which did not cover my trip. I went straight from uhaul to my house which was on my way to Athens to load, then went straight to my daughters house which was 2 miles from the drop off location and then after unloading went strap D10 Tires to drop off my truck snd went over my mileage. Very disappointing.
