TIMOTHY WThey had everything messed up. Had my reservation for Saturday instead of Friday. My reservation email said Friday. They called me at 9:01 when I didn't have it back. But check out person said that I actually had it from Saturday to Sunday. So they shouldn't have been calling me when I was supposed to have it another day.

ANDREW CThe first rental location on Michigan BLVD on March 30th was a disaster and I will follow up to make sure my transaction for that place is refunded along with the second rental on that day from DNA. They were nice and helpful however they did not offer anything to help secure items in place on the truck. What the heck is the equipment rental fee for then? I was extremely frustrated because a friend traveled far to help and was stuck outside my residence because of being on the phone with customer service for over a half hour and getting little resolution. The detail electrical shop should have a sign on their door outside of business hours stating that their trucks are parked across the street sitting next to a Firestone. From the street, it looks like that business is also a dealer. Very confusing! The family who runs DNA said they often have people transferred to their location from that awful place. To make matters worse, the local customer service did not know what was going on with the first location. All and all, this fiasco probably wasted three hours of my day so please refund both transactions.
