We dropped our uhaul off a day early. The business was closed, but we put the key in the drop box. We're told they would show where it was dropped off early. They didn't, so we were charged another day. We are on disability. Every penny counts. We are very unhappy.

thomas jI'll never do the mobile pick up, it took an hour to get through it, so I wasted an hour that I could have been moving my stuff. I am very computer/mobile savy, so it wasn't the user. I believe a friendly u-haul rep would have done better in 10 minutes or less. This will not stop me from using U-haul, you're still the best.

JOSE UOur car broke down and we needed a trailer to be able to haul our car back from Texas to Colorado. The place to pick up our car was just a mile away.The pick up was easy and the trailer was just what we needed. The drop off was near our home, so it was very convenient for us. Merci!

Jerry RI was upset because I left my home after being on line to see the price per mile was .69. I drove 50 miles to your location and the vehicle had the 19,95 per day on the door. Then I go in and find out from your representative that the price was 0,99 cents per mile. Your company lied to me.

Rebecca MNo computer was in use, We did not recieve any paperwork at all!!! We were over charged for the unit. They never checked if our lights and ture signals were working once the trailer was hooked up to our vehicle. Very Poor service, not trained and not professional how this rental went .
