Fast and easy on both ends
Charles CThis is our second time renting a unit and everything went well from the sign up and again when we moved out. Unit was clean and well maintained. Jon is good to work with, helpful and answers our questions in timely prompt matter.
Pam T | Expérience généraleThe facility was conveniently located, but the gate to the facility was the reason I found a different storage location for my needs. The gate was often open and when it was closed it had trouble opening or needed several attempts to get it to open. On one occasion the gate worked when I got there, but it wouldn't open when I was trying to leave until after many attempts. The experience was very frustrating and the owner did not return calls when contacted about the concerns.

EARL VJohn was very good to work with but the trailer we rented was very dirty (outside) there did not appear to be any equipment at this location to clean the trailers. It was also very apparent UHaul was a sideline business for this location. His other business was his priority.

Unclear instructions on where to park since there were no spots available other than near some storage units. In a remote industrial area I wouldn't otherwise visit.

Jacques LUnit was clean when I moved in. Facility was easily accessible by using a code to get into the gate. Application and signing of lease was easy and painless. Thanks for helping me out with a short, less than 2 month rental.

Caden VNo communication after several calls... It just went to a voicemail. I left three or four messages. Not even a day later did I get a call back. We pulled up and saw our vehicle ready to get picked up but no way to get it. No code. No email. No lockbox. Got a text that was only part info and left us hanging to a dead end. This specific office location had a lack of communication which caused us an entire day of delay... This was just a couple days ago... I'm still pissed. For $500 I expect a live pulse to reply... My recommendation is go into a actual U-Haul and make your reservation and get all of the information up front while you are there. Some of these reservations that are online only are only retrievable by internet and gps. You have to actually be in the parking lot to do the online forms in order for it to acknowledge that you are literally in the parking lot to pick up. If we would have gotten a phone call back we could have found that out instead of waiting an entire day and having someone from the 1-800 number tell us. Interestingly enough we were in the parking lot and having a hard time regardless, so we called the phone number on the door even though our GPS was set for location correctly , we were still having issues and needed help. We got nothing. Thanks to the 1-800 customer service guy , e He was awesome and saved our ass and reserved us the same truck for the next day... As for Jon, We'll just move out of town on yr schedule buddy...

Charles SThis location was not one of the locations listed for us to return and we were told by employees at the Grand Forks location to drop off at their old location. The location we were told was at a different address and had an outdated name. This caused us to drive to 3 different drop off locations because we were given inaccurate information. It was a huge waste of time and very inconvenient. I am not at all happy with the service we were given.
JACK EWindshield was broken in 2 spots and truck smelled like cigarettes. Otherwise truck was fine!
