Vehicle had dog/cat hair on seats. And the back wasn't swept out.

The main problem was the communication. There was a major language barrier with the owner and his daughter(who seemed very young, possibly a minor) had to come and complete the transaction. I had to wait about 20 minutes for her to drive there and complete the transaction for me. I ran into an issue with my truck during this rental and had to cancel the rental entirely. This was definitely a nightmare, because of the language barrier. I would not recommend renting anything from this location.

Having customers to order on line is not right. Some people are not computer literate. I had a hard time maneuvering around the rental sight, and I am computer literate. I won't ever use u haul again. Just ridiculous! The truck ran sluggish. Sounded like the transmission was going to go out at any time. You see the mileage by my receipt. The gas tank was less than a half a tank. I thought they were suppose to be filled up? Over all...not again.

The person working was rude and didn't want to hear anything about the issues with the dolly. Terrible customer service and terrible, dangerous equipment

I ordered the uhaul for 23 hours got the rate of 30 miles for $103 only went 26 miles and got charged 160 turned in the dolly and they called asking me why I didn't. Return it .I won't be back

The ladies who rent the trucks out could not answer any simple questions I had at all. Could not understand what I was asking when all I asked was about mileage. The lady said "I do not know" I paid too much money and had many questions to things I couldn't get answered when picking up the truck.

It was a run down little gas station. No uhaul markings or drop off. The only indicator was another uhaul truck sitting there. I gave it to the only employee there.

This location and the associates were amazing. Very friendly, pleasant and went above and beyond. I definitely will return for my next rental.

Family owned. I've rented a trailer there twice and the daughter, who actually seems to run the business, is outstanding! Definitely will get more business from me and I will recommend them! She's a star!

Very average uhaul location. Didn't help mount the trailer. Came out to take a pic of the trailer after I hooked it up.

The staff in Daleville were not very knowledgeable about the process, and they were constantly being interrupted with customers for the gas station. They were helpful but the process took too long.

Took an hour to get my uhaul. Didn't get my dollie. Wasn't happy at all. They didn't know what they were doing

I just traveled from Arizona to Minnesota, topped the trailer off the day before, then brought the truck the next day, still days early, A uhaul guy said your good don't bother going inside, its all good, leave it with me for good, after leaving it ,a day passes and I felt I should get a receipt,tried and tried to get one by email from calling the store and corporate, both talked but never could send one, or even notice that the truck and trailer were both not checked in as returned, finally a say after its final day of being returned and checked in, someone at the maplewood location hooked the trailer to the truck and used my name and drove it to Indiana and called there vehicle ,agin using my name and truck and trailer ,basically this is identity theft !, then the Indiana location attempt to charge my card on file $2800 but thankfully my credit union sends me a text and its stopped as fraud !. then I went to the maplewood office and talked to the manager and watched video footage of me returning the truck and, of course when that someone who takes it, there's a large truck parked in front of the camera the whole day so nobody can see who took it. it was a strange hour sitting in the maplewood store listing to the excuses and still nothing or nobody from corporate called me, as I asked two times,i believe its definitely a Uhaul employee who did the crime. !".Shame on you UHAUL !!!!!!!

The staff and location were fine. However, the truck was about to lose the serpentine belt, made a horrible sound when given gas, and leaked gas out of the top of the tank. It was in horrible shape for only having 58 000 miles on it.

I brought it back with the exact amount of gas as provided and they ended up charging me $100 for gas on my final bill. Use a different location.

Mobile check in was difficult after hours. 4 tries before the app would work and finish the check in. Took 40 minutes of trying. Everything elwas great!

Very not helpful. Rented a truck with 1/4 tank and charged me for a full tank. U-Haul corp fixed it after this location refused to do so. I'll rent from U-Haul again but never this location.

My original drop place was out of business, would think Uhaul would not send me there? Luckily enough we found a location that would take the rental return. I was on hold for 25 minutes with Uhaul and never got to speak to anyone. Also, I was charged an extra $6,5 for no explanation of charge. Worst return experience ever.

when i picked up the truck there was 40 miles left to empty the tank when i returned it there was 70 miles to empty the tank and they charged me $38 for gas, i'd like to have an explanation please

The location seemed rather sketchy. I really only knew that it was a U-Haul place because of the U-Haul truck that was sitting outside. I wish that there were more signs that showed that it was an authentic U-Haul location, as it really only looked like a gas station. With that said, the employee I talked to was knowledgeable and the process of getting the truck was smooth.
