The owner was rude, never smiled nor thanked us for using U-haul. Acted like we were more of an inconvenience then a customer. This is the second time we, both times with the same results. Did not honor the deal setup by the store in Jackson, Michigan.

Michael BOn a scale of 1 (Bad) to 10 (great) I would give it a zero. The truck had not been cleaned out, Al did not make the changes that he said he would, and I would NEVER go back to this place.
Daniel LCell phone service was very spotting, had to go into the service shop to get the key and use the phone to check in. Truck was not swept out and no hand truck.

Pam HWe had a good experience, the only thing of slight concern was some water(clean) in one front corner of the truck box I figured on driving it unto a slight angle to let it run out which it did. Other than that all went well. Les.
LESTER Sthe owner was very snotty the flat bed trailer had 2ft of snow on it when I got there to pick up..did not show me any thing about trailer I ever had to hook up myself..not very happy at all.this experience was very bad..

Nevin HDisappointed in the overall price. I didn't expect to pay so much or for the gas when you have to pay different fees. I paid more than double the price I was quoted. But I do believe I paid less than if I were to get a trailer and used my own vehicle.

Travis PThe U-Haul dealers are excellent to work with and very accommodating. Their contact person in Green Bay, Ken Spears on the other hand, is unprofessional, rude, discourteous, and extremely un-accommodating. This is the second time in the last three months we had a reservation changed just prior to pick-up and Ken was unwilling each time to provide equipment to reserved location. Dealers we more than willing to accommodate us, but Ken would not authorize the dealer request. After speaking to Ken by phone, I fully understand that he does not understand or care about customer service. If not for the dealers in this area, we would use competitors in our area. Please help to deliver excellent service.

STEVE KSafety chain missing hook. Trailer should have better means to secure safety chains when trailer is towed empty. Chains worn badly from dragging and safety hook worn completely off.
DOMINIC HVery helpful at the drop off point! Ended up with snowy weather. They took the time to park and unhitch the trailer for me. Sure did appreciate it!!
Laurel SWell Unity was the second location I was sent. The first location was in Marshfield by the Rainbow Apartments (would not recommend: unorganized and place was filled with so much stuff you couldn't even tell it was an office or had a desk in it). I ordered a 5x8 uhaul online and was instead given a 6x12 uhaul because none were available and was given it without any upcharge from the previous price which was nice. Then after that things just kept getting worse. I went to pick up my uhaul at the Rainbow Apartments Uhaul at the time and day I was suppose to be "guaranteed" a uhaul but to my disappointment it wasn't there. Instead the person who had it before me said they were only taking the uhaul for 6 hours but did not return it after the 6 hours. So when I got there I had to basically tell the lady to call the other person to see where they were. She didn't even make an effort to call before I came back the second time which was an hour later then his drop of time and my pickup time. Then I left and asked the lady to call me when the uhaul comes in (which she never did and did not update me until the next morning when I had to call her!). In the mean time I called the service center and tried to find another uhaul so I could pack my stuff into the uhaul like I planned but no one could help. The next morning I called the lady back at the Rainbow Apartments and she let me know that the guy still didn't return the uhaul and that they found another uhaul 20 miles away. So then I had to drive 20 minutes to Unity and 20 miles back to get a uhaul. The manager that I talked to that said he was in charge of the area was rude and told me that getting the 6x12 for the price of the 5x8 was already a good deal and basically made up for all of the running back and forth and inconveniences that I had to deal with using uhaul. He didn't understand how inconvenient they were making everything. He also said that I definitely wouldn't use more then 2 gallons of gas running to Unity and back which he was wrong because I did. The only place that was nice and had good customer service was D&A automotive where the guy was nice and where able to understand the frustration that I had. So 17 hours after my scheduled pick up time and 20 miles farther away, I finally was able to pick up a uhaul. Very Disappointed.
RHIANNA MMy pickup of trailer was not at the location I called. it was 18 miles from my house. The location I called is only 4 miles from my home.

RANDY DTrailer was supposed to be picked up in Marshfield and I had to drive 20 miles to get it at location noted above. I felt this was not acceptable since I reserved it a week in advance. Uhaul did not do the job I expected and it took up my time and gas to go get what I needed.
DARRYL CThe people at D & A Auto were very helpful. It was a very snowy day that I picked up the trailer and returned it. They assisted me in hooking up the trailer and disconnecting it. I was very appreciative of the assistance that I received from this place.
ROGER CMy only concern was that we were to pick up the truck in Marshfield rather than Unity as it is closer to Neillsville. I don't know if we were charged the extra mileage as the dealer in Unity knew nothing about Marshfield
HANK NATTITUDE OF LADY SETTING UP RENTAL WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. WHEN I WALKED IN TO FINALIZE RENTAL SHE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL, AND HAD A SNOTTY ATTITUDE. ACCUSED ME OF NOT HAVING A RESERVATION. THEN WE HAD TO PICK UP THE NEXT MORNING AND I INFORMED HER THAT MAY HAPPEN DUE TO WEATHER SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. THERE ARE A LOT OF OTHER UHAUL RENTAL PLACES I COULD HAVE USED AND WISH I HAD.
