I am not a fan of how U-Haul does business. I picked a truck and a location & time. A day later they switched the location on me that's a mile away because the one location I picked didn't have the truck. Good business would drive that truck to the original picked by customer, not U-Haul. Instead they switch the location, charge me $20 for having to do outside of store hours and then try to add another $30 for gas convenience, not too mention pay for 50 miles of gas when I only drove 15-20. It's a rip off. And on top of it when they changed my pickup location they screwed up my pickup time and I almost lost my reservation. Terrible experience. And then my truck smelled like stank weed.

Very good customer service. I had access every time that I needed it. I stored a car inside, heated, no pests, very clean. The price went up 25 % from last year, which wasn't expected and I'm not sure why there was such a big increase. Overall well run facility. I have also stored a camper outside with no issues.

My equipment application was placed a month prior to my move. My preferred rental pick up location was nearly two hours away from the confirmed pick up location of which I was not informed of until 2 days prior to my move! Extremely dissatisfied.

Reserved at one location. I get there and was told the guy didn't return the truck. I was sent to another location. I get to other location and they weren't open. No one bothered to tell me that they would not be open for another hour. The lady I did deal with at the new location was very nice. I would recommend her. But the inconvenience of the situation was quite frustrating. I would have expected some kind of discount for the situation because the inconvenience was caused by U-Haul but was not offered anything.

I was grateful to D & H for having a truck to loan to me at the last minute. I had rented a 6 x 12 covered trailer on the U-Haul website only to find out once I arrived at Krueger's True Value that the trailer was actually not rentable due to repairs. That was very frustrating to say the least. The woman at D & H was very friendly and very helpful. I will call them in the future.

Helpful staff. Car hauler equipment however did not fit my standard pickup so I had to make other arrangements. Car hauler trailer lights were not operational which created an issue for our planned night driving. Delayed our trip and caused a late drop off. Also, when dropping off the rental truck I was informed the vehicle ID was different than what was recorded on the rental agreement.
