HILARIA LThe lady shirely salguero was very rude and impatient. She walked away to serve other customers while we were in the middle of discussing the package of the uhaul. We wanted the biggest truck on her lot for one way trip and she said it's available, but once we came back to get the truck she lied and said the biggest truck was only for local trips. We ended up getting a smaller truck on her lot due to no time to look for another dealer. We will never return to this dealer again.

Danny MThe fuel level on my reservation marked 1/4 tank though the vehicle had only 1/8 tank. I was asked to return it with 1/4 tank. After inserting the fuel nozzle I climbed into the cab to check that no more than 1/4 tank was reached. But when the needle did not move (I didn't check immediately) I climbed out and saw gasoline spilling onto the pavement. Four gallons had spilled. The station attendant checked the fuel nozzle and found nothing wrong. However, roadside assistance discovered the fuel line under the van had been cut to siphon off gas. That explained the missing 1/8 tank. After waiting for the spilled gasoline to evaporate and more than a half hour for roadside assistance, I lost several hours of vehicle usage and more than $17 of gas. Meanwhile i had a disabled elderly brother waiting for me at home. I was billed $70 for a one day rental at only $19,95 plus 30 miles at 0,59 cents. Altogether more than $87. But I blame Uhaul corporate greed. not the little D&S Shipping Services business.

BRANDON SI came to return my U-Haul vehicle, and the coordinator was not in office. I had to wait extra time to drop off my vehicle. Her prices and policies are a bit outrageous compared to other locations. I have used U-Haul many times at other locations and never had issues.

I will call to complain and get a refund Monday. I will also be leaving a poor revue on yelp. I might also call the better business bureau.

Roberto EWork on the after hour return app. We fumbled around with it for about a half hour before we got it to work...or so we thought! The next morning i saw the receit and I was charged an extra day. Luckily I took pictures and we were able to get our money back for the extra day, but had we not, we may possible be liable for the extra day. FIX THAT APP! thank you
erika aCustomer service is very poor. I requested personal pick up and the office manager switch my pick up to the app. I had problems with the app and had to have her help me anyway, which is why I requested counter pickup in the first place. After all the app frustration, the office manager was trying to be sound friendly but she was very condescending and rude. She was even having trouble getting us set up on her computer. The check in was a mess. After the rental process was complete. I left got home and realized I had to go back for the hand truck I rented and she didn't place in the truck. Used miles that was her fault but didn't adjust the miles used at pick. I was very upset. The truck was clean but sounded like it was going to break down at any moment. Engine light was on the whole experience.

Valerie CI called the location because I was not aware I had to returned the truck in through the app if returned after hours. When I picked up the truck I asked the sales rep what I needed to do when the truck was returned after hours. He told me all I needed to do was parked the truck in their parking lot and drop the keys in the lock box, that they have video recording and would be able to tell what time the truck was returned. I pretty much took-his word and did not read the contract, I know I should have. Two days later I checked my bank account and there are Monday oh OK three extra charges. I'm paying almost $200 for using the truck for two hours. I saw this an immediately called this place and a lady answered, she was so rude and didn't want to help, I asked her about the charges and explained what had happened, she said I should've check-in the truck through the app, I told her and all she kept saying was that I should have read the contract.
