Very Unprofessional.. Employess Move Trucks around between 2 locations making us the customer have to drive from one location to another to pick up Rental adding extra miles to our contracts..

JAIME MI think you as a company should reimburse your customers the overage of fuel when returning your rental equipment with extra gas . I returned my rental equipment with extra gas . Especially when you Receive a rental truck with just enough to get to a gas station !!!

Benjamin LI've been using uhaul for twenty plus years and never have I had a worse experience than this time around. The first truck they gave us wouldn't start so they gave us another. This truck had a 1/4 tank of gas but we figured that's no big deal. We took the uhaul home, filled it with all of our belongings, took it to the gas station to fill it up to get ready for our big move when gas started pouring out of the bottom. We promptly took it back here and told them what happened. They said yeah sometimes people drill holes in the gas line. Like wtf, do you not inspect them before just handing them out?! We then asked if we could have a bigger truck so it would be easier to transfer everything to which they responded, the keys are locked in the big truck, we can't get in. So they gave us another truck, the same size, and there in there parking lot we had to once again move all of our stuff into the THIRD uhaul truck they gave us. No apologies, no nothing. We lost a whole Day and wound up having to keep the uhaul longer than expected, paying WAY more than originally quoted, all because of their negligence and unprofessional nature. We will never ever, EVER use this uhaul location.
Tremayne SOnly problem was picking up keys… "skip the line" doesn't apply here. I waited 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Only 3 customers in the store.

david mhours listed for location on site were incorrect. Staff was not on time for the actual hours causing a delay in our ability to get the resources that we needed timely and when staff arrived they had a lot of attitude. I will not utilize this location ever again.
Erick BLocation was closed 2 hours prior to posed time. Area looked a little sketchy and not well maintained. Had to use drop box o turn in vehicle.
HUGO LI ordered 2 dozen furniture pads, and got home to find they were not in my U-Haul. I had to go all the way back to get these the next day and was given two bags. I assumed this had 12 in each as I ordered two dozen. As I packed up my items I ran out at 12. Missing one dozen furniture pads that I paid for. I'll be expecting a refund of that expense, but doubt I will hear back. Not to mention customer service never reminds you of key details such a filling the tank back to beginning level so you can up charge the gas price to an absurd level. I was also called by multiple people telling me different information each time.

Tatiana CGet an employee who shows up to work on time. Isn't Hung Over and/or obviously on drugs. Understands Customer Service. Doesn't threaten to cancel a reservation because it's "Too hard" to figure out. Don't start with one customer and then try to start helping others because your transaction and reservation is all messed up as a result of U-Haul's poor internet service. Wear Deodorant!!

CORAZON TI set up my appointment for 9 am to pick up equipment and the place was closed. The staff didn't arrived until 9:35 am. U-Haul used to be a great company now they just average in my opinion. I don't think I would use them again. I am very disappointed on the service I received I have used U-Haul for many moves, but this definitely left me not wanting to come back. I had a timeline to meet because I had movers coming in and they just messed up my whole moving experience.

ERNESTINE LThe location was fine the ladies that I dealt with were fine. The truck was a little dirty I noticed during the inspection the lady offered to clean it, but I was already delayed. I am however severely disappointed in U-Haul on foothill in Fontana. I made a reservation for 10/30/18 and pick up at 8am. They called on 10/30/18 at 7:15am (morning of pickup) to inform me that my reservation there was canceled and that I would now have to go to the Rialto location and pickup at 9. So the movers I hired to help stood around for an hour. Apparently I received a credit, but I haven't seen it and maybe it was out of there control (I don't know why), but I expected better customer service from U-Haul than canceling my reservation 45minutes before pickup!
