I paid for a dolly, and there wasn't one. Many cars there. The person on duty was very kind and helpful.
Lillian TTeach your cashier how the rental process works. Have some better parking control in the lots. Would repave the lot too. Looks down scale for being in North Potomac.

Stephen MThe only problem was the equipment I rented was. It available. Not the locations problem as the previous renter did not return it but I had to pay a higher price the the new equipment.
Arturo CI had a reservation and did not make any changes while picking up. The person added "safe move' $48 at pickup. He checked me in using his phone and asked me to sign the agreement. When requested for a paper copy he said they don't have a printer. The agreement he said will be emailed and any charges will be determined at drop off location. Again at drop off in NY, I had to go into the office to get the receipt. The receipt had no details except 0.00 I had to request a detailed print out and there was the $48 that was added. Had to jump through hoops to find out and get a refund. Very deceptive selling.

Richard JNo air conditioning in the truck. The location is rather inconvenient because of parking and tight parking spaces for the truck. Definitely would not recommend leaving a car parked there.
Angela DI wish the truck had started with a full gas tank. I understand not starting with a full tank of gas at other locations, but it seems easy since the pickup location is a gas station. Otherwise happy with the experience. It is nice to have a local option.

ERNEST FThe worker was rude and unprofessional. If he was my employee and I saw him do what he did, I would have fired him on the spot. He yelled at me would not take my return, would not call the main office for me. I had to call and the office had to process my return. When we were done he followed me out to tell me he was helpful and then yelled at me again. It takes a lot for me to yell at a customer service person because usually it is not their fault. He was truly a jerk.

Randy FHeadlights were non-existent. i could not see the road after dark Gas pumps were off when i took the truck back, so i had to go to another gas station to fill up i had the truck for 11 hours, returned it as directed, place the key in the return as instructed i was billed for three days. the guy at the business didn't have a clue. his job was taking cash payments for gas and snacks. i support Mom & Pops businesses, but this one is the pits. The only exception was Micheal who talked to me on the cell phone Saturday morning.

SAGHAR SApp was high tech and easy to use. However, it was a little time consuming, especially when returning the vehicle in a shady downtown baltimore location while being accosted by a homeless man.

Christopher WThe truck I got had 103,00 miles on it and the transmission was slipping going down hill. Kinda scary. Not sure how to report this issue. The gas station attendant was just uncharge of the keys for the truck.

Zhaochun CWas pretty simple process. The location is a gas station so pretty bare bones regarding u-haul but everything was what I needed. the only complain is that I was 2 hours late to get the van and my reservation got cancelled without any text or email warning. That's probably in the contract somewhere but had i gotten an alert I would have been there sooner. The van was still there and I was able t remake the reservation and be on my way.

Steven EThe vehicle been rented was poorly maintained not running well with Service engine lights on from the time that it was picked up, not running well throughput as I had to call the center where I rented it from twice. I felt that the center should have offer a discount from the price due to the inconvenience as I have to drive the truck under 50 miles an hour the entire time out of fear of braking it down on me causing to stop on my way causing a further delay to my planned trip which I find not to be acceptable . Not a positive experience!. I have pictures on file of what the dash looked on 3 different service lights look like should someone at U-Haul wish to contact me about it. .
Juan ZSteering wheel was wobbly and it was not easy to keep the car stable. Tire maintenance light was on and the car was too slow and when you are uphill it was really really slow

Mark LPlease have someone at the location who has been trained to know how to turn the truck over to a customer. It was not the young man's fault that he had no clue what to do. When reserving the truck all necessary information could have been entered in the system ahead of time: license numbers, credit card, proof of insurance any additional drivers and their information. I should have walked in given my ID and gone on my way. Instead it was 40 minutes only to get into a filthy truck. Lost a customer forever
