The location was fine, my frustrations are with the reservation process as a whole for this order. I received confirmation of my U-Haul at a different location. The following day I received an email saying that my pickup location was changed without my confirmation. This change resulted in extra fees for milage. I did not receive a confirmation call so was unable to share my experience with a U-Haul representative.Jamilla G.

I was over charged from Dart Storage. I paid 178 something for less then 50 miles and for only 3 hours of rental. That was not what I was quoted.Shontae W.
Inside of windshield was very dirty. Windshield washer fluid was empty creating a dangerous situation. Dolly was left in the back as well as a purse and garage clicker from previous reservation. Significant damage on roof of van was not displayed in photos when using the app to pick up so I felt the responsibility to catalog all damage even though it wasn't from me.Craig H.

The return procedure is unacceptable. To have to download the app to return a trailer instead of being able to speak to a human just doesn't make sense when you are returning something on the weekend, without any personnel at the location to help. Very poor!CLAY B.

The word lock on the box to get my key to the truck was almost impossible to open. Due to the way the lock worked, we couldn't figure out when the tumbler was in exactly the right spot and ended up wasting a lot of time on this that should have been spent moving instead. The word we were given for the lock was â€œhateâ€. That does not seem like a great word choice either for a business either, especially in today's climate. Also the app requires multiple restarts throughout the rental process, which was extra frustrating. I was supposed to pick up the truck at 8, we started the process a few minutes before 8 and didn't leave the lot until about 8:48. That's a really long process for something that should have taken 20 minutes at the most. I'm willing to try the location again if they are open and I can deal with a person but I do not plan to use the app process again.Heidi P.

I may have missed pre-rental messaging that there is no guarantee under normal circumstances that the time reserved will be the time the unit is available. The preceding driver returned the vehicle 28 minutes late which set off a domino series of adjustments I was required to make, nor the least of which was pushing our move deeper into 100+ degree heat index after I'd worked hard to avoid that exposure for my helpers -George B.

Send me a email I can respond to with some pictures of the truck given to me with a missing vent cap on the gas tank. Gas cap warning was on and was told that the mechanic said it was ok to drive because the gas cap wasn't missing. It wasn't till I put $60 in gas when I left the rental location and got to watch gas pour all over the road till I inspected the tank and noticed the vent cap on the top of the tank and about enough gas on the ground to warrant a call to the state duty officer. Needless to say I'm not impressed at all and will be happy to share my experience to anyone that would like to talk. Again happy to send you some photos of my â€œsafe truckâ€. NealNeal S.

I might, but I would advise someone to try to pick up from a live agent rather than using the app. The app is very clunky. It took at least 25 minutes to pick up the unit, and then it crashed when I retuned it and I could not return to the picture-return process, so I had to re-enter a phone queue to confirm the return had been receivedâ€¦Christopher P.

Cab was very dirty as well as the back was not swept out. There was cat food all over the back, light was broken and not working and I had to put windshield wiper fluid in the truck. It had no wiper fluid.Mary Jovilla T.

Communication is key especially when getting charged for stuff I did not receive. When I received the truck the fuel level was on empty and had to pay for extra fuel to brink it to 1/4 tankPaul D.

We had issues with the site finding our location and we tried it with an iOS and android phone. We were able to change some settings and it finally worked. We also had issues with the site accepting the pictures. The tank was almost on empty so i had to make a stop for gas and ended up leaving slightly more than a half a tank which I feel U-HAUL should give you a discount for. The drop-off was as easy as parking the vehicle and dropping keys in the drop box.Steven S.

The mobile pick up process took a very long time to complete. Some of the information needed for mobile pick up could have been entered ahead of time. Retuning the truck also took an extremely long time. It is a nice alternative to pick up/drop off but the process was very time consuming.Richard A.

The android app freezes and crashes but somehow it got me through the checkout process. The padlock is a thoughtful addition but the one provided would not close. All the extras I ordered were inside the truck and everything else worked as expected. I appreciate the easy reservation process and the no-hassle check-in for returning. This location was closed when we returned our truck. Granted there are great instructions online for returning the truck but possibly marked spots to park it in and clear instructions for the key drop box.Mark P.
We were given a UHaul without the code for the lock. Looking for it and waiting for customer service to help set our move back by nearly two hours. We were told we'd have a refund claim submitted by customer service and I hope this happens, otherwise I won't be using UHaul again.Amelia B.
