My drop off location was 8640 Denton Drive, Dallas TX 75235. The location was NOT a great place to store trucks and I ended up damaging the truck. Please add a lot or something else to put the truck into for drivers instead of a small gas station opening.Carly H.

Be more transparent about pricing. The 19,95 $ is VERY misleading. I ended up paying 90 $and I don't really understand all of the fees...Kelly K.
They charged my card 35 $because I forgot to do online check in to drop off the truck, I was told it was only going to be a 20 $charge. Then I wake up this morning and see another 10 $charge to my card. For what reason I don't know but I will NEVER rent from you guys ever again. Fraud.Marquelle P.

The location was OK, but the trailer we rented as was in disrepair and not cleaned; the tires were worn out so that the center was without tread and the outside edges had just enough tread to see but not enough to be safe in any way. I am glad that the weather was good otherwise pulling this trailer could have been quite hazardous. The trailer was also missing some of the body bolts that secure it to the frame on front directly above the hitch bar. You could see through the holes to the inside and vice versa. the moving blankets were good and appeared clean, so there was no issues with part of the rental. Overall, we accomplished what we needed to get done, but I recommend that this trailer be serviced before allowing it to be rented again.Amy M.
The lock on the truck was frozen shut and took me over 2 hours to open, the exhaust on the truck was broken and so loud that it hurt.Steve N.
Friendly staff, followed all Covid guidelines. I never felt more confident when I left. Allowed me to park my van on site right and drop was a breeze, box for the key. Price was a value. I have recommended this place to others and will continue to do so.Beth M.

This is a great UHaul location with friendly & efficient staff - used the online check in and it was a breeze getting equipment and then returning. Five stars (out of five). Much better than any other UHAUL i've used in Twin Cities.Craig W.

The only thing I would say is when we called 1800 uhaul they told us we could pick up our uhaul at 8:00 in the morning and when we arrived to pick it up we had to sit there for an hour because they didn't actually open till 9:00!!!!Lyndsay J.
I live in Northfield, MN and was looking for something close to home. They said the only trailer available was in St Paul MN. When I got home I passed the local U-haul place and they had the trailer I was looking for right on the lot. It would be nice to be able to have rented that unit. I spent 2 or more extra hours driving to St. Paul and then driving back to return it.Robert S.
The online check in and return does not work. I had to finish my check in in-person because the online check in wouldn't continue. The return website did not let me upload pictures of the odometer or the gas gauge, so I had to return the vehicle without doing the official return, causing me an unnecessary 20 $charge. This location was closed when the hours listed on the door said it should be open when trying to return the vehicle. Overall, a poor experience.Katherine H.

I reserved a truck starting at 7 AM. I was informed a week before the move that the truck wouldn't be available until 10:30. I was notified again at 10 AM on move date that the truck was further delayed by another hour. The truck was supposedly put through a COVID cleaning, but we brought our own wipes and just wiping down the steering wheel turned a wipe completely dirty, which leads me to believe there was no cleaning done. The online check in and return process took longer than I expected - might be good to let renters know that they will need to spend 15-30 minutes on this process.Susan R.

Not the fault of the dealer...Uhaul app was difficult to use. It wouldn't recognize my location even though my settings were right...and Google maps knew where I was..so we called...waited on hold 30 min..were told " that wasn't her dept" back on hold. Tried another phone and it worked. Guy who g as very us the truck in the morning and it wouldn't work said I wouldn't h as very the same trouble at pick up....I did. I suppose I will use Uhaul again...but only out of necessity. Not happy. I couldn't set up an account without calling either. It wouldn't recognize my phone #. Wasted probably 2 hours this week on the phone with Uhaul.Julie P.

The location I signed up for online changed(which is fine). However the new location did not offer pickup 24/7. I had to wait on outside for 40 minutes until they opened. Also my reservation had 3 separate addresses on it and was super confusing. My experience was subpar.DAVID N.

I love this location. I haul over charged me 14,00 $ for fuel. I returnee the truck with more gas than when I picked up the truck. I'm expecting a reimbursement. It was done on my phone and I may be part of the problem with this. I thought I put the line where it was when I picked up the trick.Shelly V.

I received excellent service from this location. However, I think you have some issues with your website. I went online and it allowed me to order a truck at another location. Upon contacting them, they said they didn't have s truck available. He then gave me a 1-800 number that led me to renting a truck at this location. Wasn't a fan of your 2 day policy in renting the trailer I wanted to bring it back in 3 to 4 days. So, it cost me more to do a one way and I had to rearrange the delivery so I could get the trailer dropped within the 2 days.Ken B.
