This is a great UHaul location with friendly & efficient staff - used the online check in and it was a breeze getting equipment and then returning. Five stars (out of five). Much better than any other UHAUL i've used in Twin Cities.

Closed too early. After hours they charge the customer to complete the return paper work. I don't work there!!!!! I just paid alot of money to rent the truck. I'm not paying to do their work for them, take that 20.00 off my bill.

Very unprofessional and rude. Threatened to charge a bigger fee than what was stated in contract for returning uhaul truck a day late. Will not recommend renting a uhaul from this facility and will not utilize this facility again in the future.

The only thing I would say is when we called 1800 uhaul they told us we could pick up our uhaul at 8:00 in the morning and when we arrived to pick it up we had to sit there for an hour because they didn't actually open till 9:00!!!!

I live in Northfield, MN and was looking for something close to home. They said the only trailer available was in St Paul MN. When I got home I passed the local U-haul place and they had the trailer I was looking for right on the lot. It would be nice to be able to have rented that unit. I spent 2 or more extra hours driving to St. Paul and then driving back to return it.

The online check in and return does not work. I had to finish my check in in-person because the online check in wouldn't continue. The return website did not let me upload pictures of the odometer or the gas gauge, so I had to return the vehicle without doing the official return, causing me an unnecessary $20 charge. This location was closed when the hours listed on the door said it should be open when trying to return the vehicle. Overall, a poor experience.

I reserved a truck starting at 7 AM. I was informed a week before the move that the truck wouldn't be available until 10:30. I was notified again at 10 AM on move date that the truck was further delayed by another hour. The truck was supposedly put through a COVID cleaning, but we brought our own wipes and just wiping down the steering wheel turned a wipe completely dirty, which leads me to believe there was no cleaning done. The online check in and return process took longer than I expected - might be good to let renters know that they will need to spend 15-30 minutes on this process.

Not the fault of the dealer...Uhaul app was difficult to use. It wouldn't recognize my location even though my settings were right...and Google maps knew where I was..so we called...waited on hold 30 min..were told " that wasn't her dept" back on hold. Tried another phone and it worked. Guy who g as very us the truck in the morning and it wouldn't work said I wouldn't h as very the same trouble at pick up....I did. I suppose I will use Uhaul again...but only out of necessity. Not happy. I couldn't set up an account without calling either. It wouldn't recognize my phone #. Wasted probably 2 hours this week on the phone with Uhaul.

The location I signed up for online changed(which is fine). However the new location did not offer pickup 24/7. I had to wait on outside for 40 minutes until they opened. Also my reservation had 3 separate addresses on it and was super confusing. My experience was subpar.

I love this location. I haul over charged me $14.00 for fuel. I returnee the truck with more gas than when I picked up the truck. I'm expecting a reimbursement. It was done on my phone and I may be part of the problem with this. I thought I put the line where it was when I picked up the trick.

I received excellent service from this location. However, I think you have some issues with your website. I went online and it allowed me to order a truck at another location. Upon contacting them, they said they didn't have s truck available. He then gave me a 1-800 number that led me to renting a truck at this location. Everything worked out in the end but the website has issues.

I went will the contactless option and it was fairly straight forward, no big issues. The photos could be of higher quality to see more detail. Also the vehicle was not where the image said it was but it was located.

Wasn't a fan of your 2 day policy in renting the trailer I wanted to bring it back in 3 to 4 days. So, it cost me more to do a one way and I had to rearrange the delivery so I could get the trailer dropped within the 2 days.

The website to check out the truck did not work as intended and required me to call upon pickup to ensure I was good to. It slightly delayed me, but other than that I was happy with my experience.

There was a lot of garbage in the truck (crumpled paper, water jug, gloves, face mask) that I had to throw out prior to returning the vehicle. I certainly hope that UHaul is doing what it can to disinfect key touchpoints in their vehicles (steering wheel, shifter, door handles), but the presence of garbage makes me doubt that, at least at this specific location. The truck was otherwise in great condition. The return process was frustrating, as uhaul.com was unable to verify my location on their mobile website. I tried this on two separate phones, each with location services enabled. I finally had to download the app, which was fine, but unnecessary given that I was given no reason for the location finder not to be working.

I needed to pick the truck up early so chose the phone option. It would have been extremely helpful if someone had suggested that this process would be faster if I had pre-registered. Instead, it ended up taking nearly an hour while I waited for online verification of my drivers license (the first person I tried to get help from disappeared and thankfully their co-worker stepped in to save things) but it would have been nice to have completed all those steps the day before

I was told that we could have dollies to move with. They weren't there. He claims that he called and left a message. He did not. So I had to hurry and find someplace else to get one. Gas tank was not 3/4. It was below half. Not impressed. Haven't rented there before but never again

The truck I rented was filthy. I had to sweep a pile of dirt and trash out of the back before I used it. The cab was really bad too. Thick layer of dirt and grime. And it reeked like cigarettes.

I've used this UHaul location 3 times, and there hasn't been a problem yet. I think being able to preregister to reserve your truck is a time saver. Returning the vehicle when the office is closed is convenient and a really nice feature.
