I dropped off on Sunday so there was no personnel. This site is in the middle of no where and had terrible cell service. In order to sign out on the uhaul app was very difficult as the phone took forever to load it due to the poor service.

Mike DThe UHaul online booking system sucks! I tried several times to get a specific vehicle, received the booking and then UHaul changed the booking to vehicles I did not want.In the end I did get the vehicle I wanted but only a couple of days before I needed the vehicle. Online system should only include vehicles that are actually available at specific locations.

Lance BThere wasn't indication on where to go with parking the truck or where to put the keys. Unfortunately without cell service we couldn't upload any pictures or do the self return. We had to call with our 1 bar of service to find out where to put the keys and have them note that we weren't able to upload anything. I think if the building had more of an indicator that it was the U-Haul business on it we wouldn't have had a hard time but it only had the return key box and not really any lighting to see. A suggestion to U-Haul overall not just this location. If a pickup or drop off location has bad service when you get your drop off location confirmation it should give you a wifi password so that you can complete the transaction. We had trouble doing a pickup and drop off location prior to this also because of lack of cell coverage which is nothing the U-Haul locations can fix but if their was a wifi password just for that, it could help

Scott CExperience was fine for the most part, except we found three mice in one of our boxes, and a ton of mouse feces in our belongings. Had to throw away a lot and hire an exterminator to set traps in garage, in case we brought some into the house with our items.

Scott CWorst rental ever had to download app to my phone took 1 1/2 hours to pick up truck even longer to return truck both times had to call customer service the rental place was no help at all.It was 230 on a Friday afternoon called the number to rent it they said we don’t work weekends and said I would need to use the app on my phone the whole situation was a nightmare.places of rental should be open on weekends!!!! Customer service was very helpfull.
Bernard LA page of helpful tips would be nice. I was (unpleasantly) surprised when going downhill with a full load that the engine break kicked in. I thought it had slipped a gear. Never experienced an engine brake in an automatic before. Also, a "moving essentials kit" with a couple of extra boxes, a roll of tape, some newsprint, and a 50' pack of clothesline that you could charge for only if used would be nice to have. Sort of like a hotel mini-bar. Good to have if you really need it but very expensive to use.

Tina SThe 3 dozen furniture pads and utility dolly were not in the truck. This place is closed on Saturdays so I was just left having to figure out how to get a dolly and furniture pads somewhere else since there was no one there to help. Also, verification took 2 hours due to the verification system being down and there was no one to help.
Kevin LThis was not where I expected to pick up the truck, but it was closer to my house. The truck I was supposed to get was not there and fortunately they had another. Took some time to transfer the contract. In the end I never really got a contract.
