Make sure the uhaul truck windshield wipers work and explain how the tow haul button works if they are new at driving a uhaul. Just explain everything better and look at everything and make sure it works properly before if leaves the yard.
ELLIOT LThey didn't have any moving blankets that I had rented since it's a newer location. Not a good location if you forgot you need something like a hitch or dolly. They don't have any of that
RACHEL AHire someone else at uhaul headquarters who understands customer service. When picking up trailer, they got photocopies of driver's license. However she insisted she didn't have it! Then she wanted second driver's license. For a trailer?
