Location was convenient but it was also a towing facility so a lot of congestion and vehicles cluttered around. Folks were responsive on phone to coordinate after hours drop off.

Originally reserved a 5x9 with a ramp for 18 hours because I needed to move multiple loads before a 26' box rental the following day. Location was changed last minute which wasn't a problem, but upon arrival at the new location I was told the staff forgot about me. Waited for them to arrive. Check in process went okay, but I was told I needed to have the trailer back by 4pm, which was only 6 hours- 12 hours short of my original rental time. Was with my partner and was told upon leaving: "you ladies have a good day. Be safe, it's dangerous out there" and while I have long hair, I'm very clearly a man.

CHAIM SKind staff and amazing service. However, the truck was not clean at all when received. Another note, I reserved a truck for a convenient location. Last minute, uHaul decided to move my location 30 minutes away. I was forced to buy a $60 uber ride to the new location. I called uHaul and was told nothing could be done… Right before my uber ride, uHaul decided to change my location again to the opposite side of town. This was the MOST HECTIC experience I've had with uHaul and added an immense amount of stress to my move. I am hesitant to use uHaul for my future moves (and probably won't.)

MICHAEL WRonnie and Tina Davis helped me so much! I only had to tell them what I would be moving, they got me the exact size I needed, and was able to confidently drive. They also weren't given much notice,but they still worked hard to take good care of me. I have and will refer my friends to them in the future.
terri fThis location was negligent and did not report my truck as returned until four days later and only after I was receiving collection calls and emails from u-haul. I then had to make several calls to u-haul representatives and go to the location to take pictures of the truck to prove I had returned it. The experience was a fiasco and something needs to be done about this location.

ROBIN LThe truck was not even at their property. When we arrived the utility dolly that we requested was at their front desk and they expected us to take it to the uhaul that was about a quarter mile from their property along with us in our car trunk and load it into the uhaul. Then we realized once we arrived at our location that the uhaul website dose not give you the correct measurements of the inside of the truck and only accounts for floor to ceiling and not floor to the ceiling joist that then made the truck to short for by 3 inches for what we needed it for. When I called the location to see if we could exchange trucks and pay the difference they said no that they were ready to leave soon and didn't want to handle it that I could always call corporate office on Monday the following business day and get a refund sense we didn't really use the truck. When we returned the uhaul the check in app was unavailable in their location and I had to call the corporate office to return the truck. I then let the corporate location know of the the situation where they said a refund would be in order once the uhaul location confirmed that they received the truck on their next business day and that everything was in order with the return. We returned the truck with a full tank of gas and did not use it for anything just drove to our location to pick up a package and back to the uhaul establishment never once put anything in the truck sense the dimensions of the truck were incorrect. Not only were we not refunded the money the company charged us for an extra $49. This was appalling especially when all we requested was a partial refund because we did drive the truck. This place is a joke! It was dirty and the customer service was rude and lousey. You can tell they are only interested in the money. I will never use uhaul or this company's service ever again. There is a reason they have all one star google reviews. I cannot believe uhaul chooses to continue to do business with them and that both parties would rather lie than do a partial refund. When I contacted corporate uhaul about this they continuously directed me to the next supervisor and disconnected me never once receiving a call or email back. I tried 5 times to get to someone who would listen to what happened to the uhauls dealer company had to say every time bumped up to a supervisor and disconnected. Maybe if uhaul would look at where their trucks are on occasion and see the reviews that are being left then maybe they would start putting their customers first.
Sonya TBusiness was closed when I came to pick up truck, had to call the owner and wait for the woman to show up then she didn't have keys for the truck that I rented. Decided to give me a bigger truck that was dirty and had to wait while she swept out the rocks, dirt and clay from the truck. When I tried to return the truck, she said that she didn't have space to park it on her property and that o had to drive it to another location. Truck leaked and my furniture deep in the truck got wet. It was a shot show
Lori MThere is no place to return equipment at the address listed, and not enough room to turn the 26' truck around to park in the neighboring lot where they store their trucks. They could at least mention this fact when you call to tell them that you are dropping off the equipment and give you the address for the drop off. It was a very frustrating experience for a non local, and probably added an extra half hour to the drop off process.
Robert WThe truck smelled like cigarette smoke especially if/when I turned the heat on. The woman who helped me was very kind and I appreciated her care. I was surprised and concerned when I was advised not to leave my car at the location. I'm glad they told me, but I didn't have a good option to not leave my car there. The people were east to work with and it was a simple process.

Please consider openly offering help transporting equipment from office to truck for disabled customers as the truck is a short drive away. I was able to do it, but I worry someone with a bad back or other not obvious issue might have trouble. It is important to offer these services openly (have a sign/advertise on website) as it can be embarrassing for some to ask.

gisela dProvide a vehicle that is reasonably clean. This vehicle was dirty inside and out. Even a used tissue stuffed inside of an empty tissue box. The ride of the truck was terrible. It exhausted me to try to keep it on an interstate.

Leonia PU-haul changed my pick-up location and time which made it a challenge for me and would have costed me time and inconvenience. However, the staff at Davis Auto & Towing did an excellent job of working with me to overcome my challenge and to make the equipment available - which turned out to my benefit.
Robert SFuel hose had been cut so had to use roadside. The pickup dealer would have had no way of knowing the line was cut. Tina Davis checked me out and she is the best! Will use them in the future.
Ryan RI was originally told to return the truck to Burnouts. I arrived there at 7:30am and started to do self checkout. The Uhaul site then told me I had to go to Dave's. We raced over there and had a hard time finding it. When we did finally find it, there was just one place leave it ( the car yard was packed ). The inconvenience was really the reason for the lower stars.

Lindsey BThis was a uhaul affiliated place and not uhaul- it was not well marked and hard to find and hard to find parking. The woman who worked there put a mask over just her mouth until she stared coughing, and then took her mask off completely bc she didn't want to cough on her face (but rather cough on me). The uhaul had not been cleaned prior to me using it - there was debris and dirt in the cab, so I know they didn't disinfect it. They parked the van in the mud, and when I tried to leave it got stuck- we had to call a tow truck driver to pull it out. Both the woman who worked there and the tow truck driver got in the truck without masks trying to dislodge it. When I returned it, I tried going through the process of returning uhaul vans- I tried for nearly an hour and no link was sent and I couldn't get past the first part. I finally called the woman and she said bc it wasn't an official uhual center, I didn't have to do that, all I had to do was leave the keys - which would have been nice to know before sitting in freezing temps tires trying to finish my part of the transaction. I was very disappointed and also afraid for my health. This company does not follow the safety and guidelines of uhaul

Johnathan RThis place looked like a "graveyard" for old cars which were lined up everywhere. I barely had room to park the truck and walk up to the building. The office was locked and blinds were closed. I had to leave the keys and contract inside the key return box by the door. I knocked on the door, several times, but no one answered.

I had called the day before to confirm out 10 am and got there to be told "the lady that does uhaul left to go look at a car." We pulled into the parking lot at 10! We waited for 25 minutes and got a dirty truck can. Trash and something sticky that had been spilled.
