No lights, dark no parking looked like hole in the wall back yard work shop when you are a female returning a truck at 10pm lights and feeling safe should be yalls main objective!

Samuel S.First of all customer service is absolutely terrible. They have no desire to help, or inform you ahead of time the things you need to do. I picked my truck up in a location my phone did not have service and no one would help me get the lockbox code so I could get my truck. I spent over an hour driving around simply trying to find service to download a non-user friendly app just to pick up my truck. I was also charged for a dolly I did not receive. I accept a refund. I will never be using U-Haul ever again.

THOMAS T.Picking up the truck at the location took much longer than it should have, especially since online check-in was completed before the pick-up date. The 26' foot truck was filthy and roach infested. I had to spray the cab/driver area and the inside of the truck with roach spray. I will not use U-Haul again. I was lucky to have the large truck I ordered but I was unhappy with the condition of the truck, mostly.
Andrea P.When did U-Haul start charging for mileage? Just raise the in town rate... miles to get around in Atlanta!!! Made it costly

Daymon S.The owner of the shop was more than thirty minutes late which put me behind schedule. h He asked why I was there and just handed me the key without looking at my license or anything. No contract signed or inspection. The truck was dirty, and a few hours later while loading the truck, UHaul called and asked if I would be needing my reservation. The lady seemed surprised when I told her I'd had it for hours. It made me nervous about insurance etc... Since they didn't even know I had the truck. The whole ordeal just felt shady. I will be using Penske next time for sure!
