Verlie PMy truck pick up location didn't have the truck even though I had it reserved for a week so I had to drive 30 miles to another location and haul gave no discount and I returned it a day early to so call help another family and didn't get any discount on that either , the whole experience was a joke and I will be sure to give reviews so others will look else where
robert m1st, the U-Haul in Lewisburg, WV booked the wrong type of reservation. I told the girl multiple times it was an out of town one way trip, and was booked as an in town. The customer service/shipping coordinator's were VERY helpful. The only ones who were. They helped me out of a very bad situation. 2nd, the guy who works at the U-Haul at 4905 Carolina Beach Rd, was pathetic. Very rude and confrontational, and not friendly whatsoever. He charged my card without my go ahead, and then told me to deal with it later and call U-Haul and walked away. Whatever his name is, he is a terrible representative of your company.

Lorenzo LI was notified 2 hours before pick up that no truck was available at my location. Reservation was in 6 weeks in advance. Had to drive 1,5 hours one way to get the truck. Very poor service

Carrie PWasn't sure if I was in the Iggy place because if signage. No one was there and there were no instructions. Thankfully my daughter was able to download the app because I had no signal to complete the online drop-off.

Felix FRandom additional charge post drop off of $184,06 without explanation. The truck was returned in good condition with no damages and the appropriate fuel level as per the rental agreement.
Cameron JOnly because of the set-up, very few options for one way rentals. I found the young lady at this location to be disrespectful and I still haven't received my refund in which she told me would be 3-5 business days.It has been 8 business days so far.

Christine GThe equipment was cleaned but not overly clean There was some dirt in the floorboards and could have used some more cleaning. The equipment rode very rough, we were shook around the whole trip. $1,09 a mile is very expensive for mileage and also having to fill it back up to where it was with gas. It was a very expensive rental. I will be unlikely to rent from U-Haul again.

Joseph FI was very lucky that someone was at the store to 6pm - I would have been stranded with a broke down motorcycle, but because they stayed open for me I was able to get a track to haul my motorcycle home. Merci
William AThere were cigarette ashes in the cup holders and all over the floor and when I turned the heater on it smelled like smoke. The windshield was filthy inside and outside. The back of the truck was filthy also , dirt and leaves all over the floor. I took pics but I was only allowed to Download 1 on the U-Haul pre check page. The truck ran great and the facility near Pittsburgh where I returned it was professional & had a cleaning station with an attendant when I pulled in .

Angela GThe help we hired was the worst ever. Put their foot through my night stand. Broke screen on 72 inch tv. Scratched up several pieces of furniture including my mom's dining room table, washer and dryer, refrigerator coffee table, broke the vent covers on portable air conditioners and many more things. They left deep scratches at top of stairs in new rental house.

MICHAEL CU-Haul could significantly improve its location by relocating from a place that sells guns and displays signs promoting firearms. The presence of such signage can be intimidating and uncomfortable for customers, creating an atmosphere that is not ideal for picking up a U-Haul rental. Moving the location to a more neutral and welcoming environment would enhance the overall customer experience and make the process of renting a U-Haul more pleasant and inclusive for all.

Matthew LThe truck was dirty on the floor. Previous renter has very muddy shoes on and I mopped the dirt out so that I would not be accused of returning truck dirty. Otherwise very clean. Ran super. I totally missed a couple of the items such as verifying the license plate before I left and then all the checkin when returning the item. Since it was after hours I failed to do the final return stuff. Would be helpful to maybe have a checkoff sheet of things I needed to do. Since this was my first time ever renting a vehicle, I was totally in the dark. Text messages got to me on delay which caused me to miss the checkout items and return items. Désolé
Emily Sall was good in this rental, this locating and staff was nice to deal with. I will use this location if need to for rental if i need use i the next time. I WILL RECUMEN to all to use .

julie hThe key lock box is in a TERRIBLE spot! It took my boyfriend and I almost 45 minutes to unlock it because there was equipment below it that we couldn't move and it was freezing cold due to the temperature and wind coming off the building around the corner.
