Largest factor for ratings is the question of why there are two U-Haul locations within a block of each other and the main store doesn't rent 26-footers. The gentleman who processed the transaction was extremely personable and helpful. It should be noted that the air conditioning didn't cool well at all. I'd still recommend U-Haul to my associates and friends, but y'all ought to think about consolidation of those two locations into the one, main storer.

Bobby JA little air freshener for the van. Whomever used it before I rented the van had evidently aimed marijuana inside the cab. Being a Law enforcement officer I was not happy about that. Everything else about the experience was excellent

James SIve rented uhaul trucks 6 time or so since July. All but 2 of those times Ive been notified of a switch in locations the day before pickup. Usually to a less convient location This time the new location didnt have the appliance dolly I needed. Didnt have a y dollys in fact.

David WHave the drop off at a place that has an actual person working. The area didn't look that secure to just leave the vehicle. I never had to do this before and was never instructed that I would have to do it through my mobile device, because of the business being closed on a Sunday. Plus y'all took out extra money from my account and hasn't been put back. No one has got in touch with me to let me know it is all good.
LAWRENCE WTruck was not cleaned smelled like cigarettes smell. Talk with the guy about the smell and to charge who ever leaves the truck in bad conditions.
CARLOS ALocation had a internet problem so checking out was a bit lengthy but that's no issue for me....I would still recommend to my friends.

Thomas GThe trailer we rented had a leak in the roof. And, due to it being monsoon season in Dallas (May 2021), water leaked on the contents located in the front left corner of the trailer. Unfortunately, the water damaged a wooden chest of drawers. Probably not worth my time to pursue a claim - it may dry out and look fine. If not, I'll just put it in a walk-in closet.
Mary EImprove the vehicle- it was gross. Also, I received a confirmation to pick it up at the UHaul place but go in and they said to go down the street. Get your system fixed.

Allison ETOOK forever to fill out paperwork due to your system having problems. The ONLY trailer they had did not have any hooks to use straps or bungy cords. The side rails were broken. We tied down our stuff but it shifted like crazy on our trip from Texas to South Florida. I give your equipment an F.
