UHaul need to improve Mobile Pick up Experience. Steps that can be done before Client comes to location should be done before hand - so Client do not struggle with Cell phone bandwidth.Sharad S.

my complaints are not with Deepa Auto Repair but with uhaul and how difficult it now is to rent from you....really a terrible experience put on hold call this number, call this number, go on line, can't find your contract...on and on to check out ....no one can find my contract but you found my credit card number.....have rented from uhaul many times but never againSTEPHANIE M.

Have the gas tank full so the next customer knows how much gas to replace by just refilling it up when it is returned by them...As we received it with only an 1/8 of a tank which we were told before we drove off...So we had to stop at the nearest gas station right away.Neil B.
I chose to go rent U Haul because the 19,95 $ price ipn the ads, i did not see any other written items that would ad to the cost. Only on arrival at the rental shop was I made aware that it would cost another 1,00 $ per mile additional. Including gas it cost me more than a hundred dollars. I did sweep the van before returning it. I transported some garden pants and I was told I was going to get charged another 25 $. If I did not clean it some more.carmelino P.
No complaints and very good, efficient service. Vehicle was superb; cargo van with 3600 lb payload cap and excellent ride with a load. Very comfortable. Recommend it.philip H.
Everything went well until I received the final billing. Upon returning the van I was expecting the clerk to inspect the van with me and review my final billing. He didn't look at the van while I was there, he told me everything was good and that I would receive an email with the final amount due. When I received the billing email I noticed I was charged for gas. I called the rental facility to complain because I replaced more gas than I used. I explained to the man the gauge was reading higher when I returned than when I left. I drove 19 miles and put 4,00 $ in gas (1,75 gal) in the van. The man said I signed out the van with 7/8 tank and returned it with 3/4 tank. When I signed the van the little screen on the credit card machine showed an animated gas gauge with the needle one line away from full. I clicked accept. When I got in the van the needle on the actual gas gauge was one line away from full. The difference is one line away from full on the credit card terminal screen was 7/8 and one line away from full on the actual gas gauge is 3/4, so when I got in the van I saw the needle one line away from full and thought everything was correct. This all could have been avoided if the gas tank was full when I picked it up, and the proper inspection was performed when I dropped it off. Since I can't prove I put the gas in, I get stuck paying for the gas that someone else used.kearney D.
The van had a very bad smell and I did not realize it until I drove it for awhile. It was so bad that i developed a sinus headache. The van drove very well and the inside back was clean.. But, the smell was extremely bad.... I would not recommend it to anyone..david N.

Made a reservation for 5pm pickup. Had some work related things come and was not able to get there until 10pm. Went to location and vehicle was not ready for pickup. This was afterhours. Called customer service and was told that the reservation was automatically cancelled because I got there a few hours later. No call was ever made to from this location while they were still open. They were there till 7pm. Had to drive 30 minutes to an after-hours location to pick up another vehicle. Ended up being there almost 3 hours after a few call to customer service. Ended up leaving location at 2am. I rent from Uhaul often and I am not pleased with this experience.Lauren B.

I originally reserved a cargo van from a different location for a 7:30am pick up. When I got there, I was unable to get the van because that location did not participate in the program that allows for early morning pickup. If that was the case, I should not have received a confirmation for a 7:30am pick up! The entire experience was completely inconvenient. U-Haul moved my reservation to Deepa Auto Repair and they saved the day.Laura B.

This place charged extra to my credit card. I drove only 12 miles and put more than 2,5 Gal gas's before returning the van. Even I have taken pics of dashboard before rental and after drop. Dash board clearly shows that the gas meter was more than before. But Deepa Auto guys charged another 5,25 $ extra for fuel charges. By knowingly they don't fill full tank while renting and says gas was low. It's a good trick to fool the customers. Stay away from this place. I won't recommend anybody renting from this place.sudhansu B.
The van had some issues with cleanliness. Also, I logged 15 miles usage. I was told to return the vehicle with the "full tank of gas" I started with.I stopped at a local station, and it took 7,00 $ to top it off.
