The Area field manager Jeremy happened to be there when I was picking up my rental he approached me and asked me if I needed any help and gave me his card and said if I have any problems or need anything give him a call. He also was helping another gentleman who was in the military with a trailer that the light was out. He definitely is a asset to your company.
