The owners of this establishment that carry the U-Haul were absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend them. My request much better than the Milwaukee location when I got a phone call and it was being switched 100 % Denmark discount store for you rental.

Brad HOur reservation was for drop off in Two Rivers, WI. U-Haul called us several times over our 2 day move and said we had to return to different locations, all were over 30 miles from our home. We finally agreed on Denmark, WI (it was the closest option). The rep we spoke to Erica said we would receive a $50 credit on our card due to extra gas & mileage and someone would contact us within 72 hours to confirm. Never got a call. When I try to call her back, there is no answer. Then we get an email stating we were over one day & charged $60. When I viewed receipt it was because the guy who checked us in said we dropped it off at 4:30pm. We were there at 3pm! So after more calls & waiting we finally got reimbursed for the extra day charge. I will not use UHaul again.

Paul CI only ended up at this location after first picking up a 5x8 trailer with defective lights at a different UHaul location closer to my home (not even the one I had booked online). I took the trailer to another UHaul location and was told by the two employees working there that it "wasn't their problem" and that I needed to contact roadside assistance (while I was INSIDE their building). I was then directed to this, the third, location. The entire experience took over 3 hours.
Jason KDrop off point wasn't what I requested but I made it work and U-Haul didn't charge for extra miles. U haul paint on truck a little beat up but gentleman tagged it and was very helpful
HEIDI LHad a major problem with the truck's cruise control halfway thru the return trip to Florida. I did not use the cruise the rest of the trip. Otherwise I was satisfied with the truck and the rental.

SCOTT AThe trailer was missing a safety chain, the left blinker was out, and the roll door was seized. I was stuck with this broken trailer because there were no other options in a reasonable distance. The person at the location said the door was stuck because of frost, but even after several hours of warmer temperatures it still would not open. I had to force it open, then oil the rollers to get it working. I was told if I got pulled over for the blinker to lie and say it was working when I picked it up.

CINDYL LMake sure that the area the trailers are kept in are more accessible. Have a person there that is knowledgeable about the business they are running.
