Vehicle noisy, rides rough. Would not want to go cross country in that truck. New shocks might help the ride.
Robert LWhere do I begin? This was the most frustrating experience I think I've ever had. It is the fault of your electronic check-in process which would not allow me to input a month, date, and year and then submit. It didn't work on an Android or an IPhone, and the whole experience took two hours to open the key box so that I could take the truck.

April MI had a hard time accessing the lock box code and customer service did little to help. Had to figure it out on my own and barely made it out with my rental truck
