Customer service was great
Matthew CordovaI put in my destination- a remote military base- we were not allotted enough miles to get there and then back to the Uhaul location- NOT our fault and we were still charged extra miles. This entire thing was a joke. Never using uhaul again.
Jodi McKeonFour years ago I dropped off a car hauler there and just recently I rented another car hauler from the same place. This location is very easy to find and has great service. I appreciate the help and would recommend this place to everyone.
Nick MoweryI returned the truck with at least an extra 1/4 tank of gas. I believe u-haul should consider the extra gas just as they charge for less gas when returned.

Jihee YoonHell no I wouldn't reccomend that scary place....uhaul, get better! There is no way your name should be attached to that place of business. Move your location to Fort Irwin. Families shouldn't have to deal with going to that Meth haven corner store to return a trailer.
CHRISTIAN BEYERThe trailer I rented was missing the plug/cord for the break lights and blinkers. The store owner had to supply a new connector before I left.

sharon dennisoriginally i reserved a one-way trailer close to my location so that i wasn’t driving the the whole way with an empty trailer @55mph. unfortunately when it came time the day before i was advised they did not have a trailer for me at the original pickup time which completely messed up the day and babysitting options. hence having to drive out of the way and a majority of the way with an empty trailer. i feel that if i make a reservation for an item at a particular time it should be there. the location in daggett was ok just way out of the way
scott durbinI have rented from U-Haul many times in the past and have always been satisfied. But this time the no-line reservation system kept changing my selections and the final order had problems. These did get resolved for the most part except for the dolly rental. I had originally reserved a dolly, but the load I was carrying changed to I didn't need it any more. The location in Dagget didn't have one either from what I could tell. The system wouldn't let the lady remove it from the order, and while the final charge was correct for a 2-day rental with insurance the $20 charge for a dolly is still there. I am waiting for a response from Daniel Cramer about having the dolly charge removed.

Tammara Montanoensure that the rental is in good condition. unlike my experience of the gas tank having a hole drilled on the bottom which I had to wait over two hours for roadside assistance to come help me, cold and not to mention how much groceries I lost due to this horrible experience

oceal victoryIt was as if my order was the 1st for the employees at this location because they did not have a clue. I had pre-registered on line and on the phone to make the process faster, but still took over an hour and I was the only customer!
JEFF BOHLEMi started to rent a truck at the Barstow California location they didn't even want to work with me they were rude they had no trucks to rent so they pawned me off to the Dagget location which in fact made me very happy the Dagget location should have their own store built for them it was one guy there and he did everything and also dealed with other costumers you should have him train the barstow location in costumer service and company polices if it was not for me going to the Dagget location i would have called the corporate office to make a complaint on the Barstow Location. THE BARSTOW LOCATION NEEDS TRAINING!

richard tusingThe truck I reserved was not available so I was given the smaller truck. The truck was filthy, it was on empty, although the clerk did provide me with 5 gallons of gas (12 miles worth) when the pick up place was 10 miles from my stop and nothing in between the stop. Thank God I didn't run out of gas in the desert. He did offer me an extra day (an extra day was not needed when the work would be done in one day). I had to take a picture and video of my contract because the printer was not working, therefore, I could not receive a print out.
zanobia howardI asked to drop off nmy uhaul in Barstow he said it was ok I in turn was charged over $600 for 2 days I feel ripped off & I would. Never recomend this company until they learn how charge without ripping people off
diana basOnly reason I would not recomend this location is there is a location in Barstow that had allot more equipment. This location only had two trucks and the dammaged dolky that I dropped off.
JOHN LAWdid not get the truck I wanted, wasn't offered a bigger truck, but a smaller one. There were bigger ones in Barstow that day! I had to leave some of my stuff because it wouldn't fit. Uhaul sucks! I will never use it again!
