6x12 enclosed trailer, left rear tire was flat at the time of pickup. Nobody was too concerned about it! I took it anyway! Filling it twice that day myself!!

Dwayne Clary1) Somehow my order got so messed up that my original order for a truck & auto carrier at one location got split into two separate orders at a different locations. The auto carrier apparently wasn't available anywhere nearby, so I wound up taking a truck & tow dolly at higher individual prices, even though they were picked up at the same (secondary) location. 2) I had never used a U-Haul tow dolly before so I asked the representative how to hook everything up properly and strap the car down. He said he didn't know how to; he just dropped the hitch onto the ball and said that's all he knew how to do. Then he left.
David ConwayWe did have one problem. After I did the online rental of the truck I called to see about an appliance dolly. She said the truck didn't have one. So we rented one somewhere else. I was at the store two days later and they had three of them sitting outside! Right now my husband had to drive over an hour from our new home just to return that dolly when it could have been rented and returned through uhaul!

Kevin CooneyWhen I called and explained my situation, they stated they would extend my drop off time out a couple extra hours and I wouldn't be charged. Sadly they charged me almost 30$ extra for having the uhaul for roughly 3 extra hours, even though I was told they weren't going to charge me.

billy pageUHaul District needs to be more aware of equipment at more convenient locations for customers. They originally redirected me to Portage after the Montello location didn't have the equipment. That would have added 2 more hours on my day (1/2 hour each way for both p/U and Drop off. I had to find the Princeton location (10 minutes) myself and ask them to change to that location.
Lloyd MobergThe location was fine - HOWEVER - there was a mistake made with our reservation and the only 26' truck was double-booked. We are business owners and understand mistakes happen, but the resolution and treatment from Uhaul was NOT SATISFACTORY by a long shot! We will be calling the regional manager on Monday to tell our story and we will see if Uhaul will make things right. This may be the last time we rent from them.

GERALD MEWSWe had to drive 2 hours for pick up this was a nightmare. Reservation was booked 1 1/2 months prior for Milwaukee area. Spent 35 minutes on hold waiting for a customer service person to help us. Not acceptable but had no choice at that last minute!!!!

SCOTT SIMACEKYou made me completely up-end my day and drive an additional 3 hours to get this truck when I made a reservation in Madison. I ended up having to load the truck well into the night because of this and was given absolutely no compensation for all of the additional time and gas I used to get the truck. Also, there was no furniture dolly that I had already paid for and reserved. I'll try as hard as possible to avoid using uhaul ever again.
ANDREW KELLEYAssociate was not educated about the add on services U-Haul offers. I asked for Safetrip insurance and was told that Safemove covered it. Service associate was confused about the questions she was asked.
Katie DewaldTell the truth about the level of gas in the vehicle. It was listed as full. I found it was 10 GALLONS from full which at current prices was around $30. Lies are never good business practices.

To my suprise and delight, Mike Cruz, Area Field Manager, was there that day providing additional training to the Piggly Wiggly staff. Tanya that day was being trained and did a good job on the U-Haul terminal and related rental equipment procedures. Thank you U-Haul for reading and positively responding to customer constructive comments.
LAWRENCE BELLI didn't check the truck. The produce manager who helped me was exceptional--great guy. But the truck only had 3/4 of a tank instead of full. Since it was across the parking lot, I didn't double check. Which kind of bummed me out.
