I think this was the worst experience I ever had renting from you guys.

Dale HThe truck kept breaking down and we waited two hours for roadside assistance. Antifreeze tank was empty and the motor kept overheating. Roadside assistance had to had 2 gallons of antifreeze. Please make sure all of your trucks are up to date on maintenance.
Rachel LThe Uhaul site stated this location was open, and we could get the tow dolly at the time reserved. Still, it was not a good experience, and the location/business was closed; the business would not answer the phone, and Uhaul could not get in contact with them. We were able to get the equipment still after the haul representative said just to take it, but it was much later than it should have been when this was resolved and a significant inconvenience.

Emmanuel SCould not access return truck link. Had to use chat line for help. Agent suggested exiting app and restarting iPhone. Worked perfectly after that but extended the return portion to 30 minutes

Janet THave the previous customer sweep out their mess! My Uhaul rental was not clean when I picked it up. I had to sweep the trash out before I could load my stuff. Otherwise truck did good! Merci.
CHRISTY KI had to unhook my auto tow and things by myself, which I was not prepared to do. And I feel that uhaul should have given me heads up that there would not be staff to disconnect my car and the auto tow.
Quinetta PLady was rude when I told her that the extra millage was to clean the dirty truck that I had received in sapulpa. She said it's not her deal and that I would have to call the 1800 number. I was charged for the miles and now have to wait for an investigation to bed done. I was told this could take up to three days. Overall I would try to find a different rental company. I have had two back to back bad experiences with U-Haul. Last time I was coming from WI to Oklahoma. U-Haul called me two days before and said I would have to drive 45 minutes the opposite direction just to get a truck. I had reserved the truck two weeks in advance. They weren't going to adjust miles or fuel Fortunately the place that I was renting from said they were going to pick it up for me. The truck I received had poor alignment and the steering wheel would jump every bump.
Corey CI picked up the truck with an empty tank, I returned it and got charged for not putting gas in. It was empty when I got it. So I charged for leaving the truck how I received it and I shouldn't have. I have proof that it was empty when it got pick up but got charged for gas. I need to get an refund for that

jaquita bMy only problem with my rental was booking the rental. I don't understand why the website shows me sites that don't have the trailer, or ones that do but say "item is not available to rent at this time". Why do I need to see those? I had to scroll through pages of those.
Keith TVery happy and pleased with the service I got walked in the front door and within 20 minutes I was driving away with the rental truck the truck ran very well got Fair gas mileage I will definitely use U-Haul again

Doris Hensure equipment has been thoroughly vetted for safe operation before releasing to the customer. ... no S-hook rubber keepers... none available at location ... severely under-inflated tire... no air service available at location
David TWe had problems getting the truck. No one would answer the phone at this location. Also was not told that you needed to have multiple verification methods when picking up your rental. Also did not have any moving blankets in the truck that we rented
Charles AGreat service at both locations. Needed an extension due to bad weather, no issues. Drop off was very expedient!
Tina VWe brought the u-hail back with the same amount of fuel and I was charged for adding fuel plus for someone to put fuel in it. Apparently I have spoke with a couple of other people that have used u-haul and this is a common practice.

sonny oI will recommend U-Haul to anyone if a vehicle ran right during my trip should have took in 20 hours at the most 23 took 36 hours cuz of vehicle will not go over 55. prolonging our exposure to this pandemic while traveling.traveling in a vehicle that was not maintained up to standards by law. to be with family was very stressful because your vehicle wasn't properly maintained I would like a you refund my money. I had every intention of bringing the vehicle back at least two days earlier. my family has always used U-Haul Isho pursue other avenues during this crisis we are going through. and if there's any other way we can resolve this issue. without pursuing legal matters your vehicle should be maintained. And your staff is well under trained for such a life changing pandemic. As an ex former FEMA employee your company is responsible for such actions. responsible for cleaning your vehicles. With trained staff show the spread does not continue..technically put my life and my children's life in danger just by getting into your vehicle. I would have liked to hear from you by phone please call the number you have on record,Brandy provide for you so we can discuss further issues before legal matters are brought into the situation. I will continue to recommend U-Haul if their standards are brought up to par. I would like to have a full refund from a mental strain and life-threatening distress you caused my family. there should be an outside company cleaning all your vehicles, by having your employees do such tasks further spreads this pandemic throughout our country... brandy wMY rental agreement from Grand Junction gave me 6 days instead of 5 and 1200 + miles. This was not reflected and I was billed an extra day. After review and two additional phone calls by me the extra charges seem to have been dropped. Tried to check in remote did not work because it would not confirm my location.
