I relocated to the Redwood storage facility after having a vehicle stolen from unit F52 at the north temple facility. Although you have video security there is no other protection . in todays age there is numerous systems available to avoid illegal access and I believe that your security system needs to be updated

I would first love to thank Angie the storage Mgr. She is amazing and great customer service. The only reason I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends is because of my personal experience there. I was there 2 months in a 20×30 and anyobes nightmare happened ..... yep I was robbed. I had to call the cops get a report and it seems to me that the cops just don't care. They are not helpful however the officer I got was very nice and down to earth. Angie has been there since the moment I asked about my lock being gone. I'm not sure of the outcome because I haven't reached the end yet but I hope it is a better ending than a add on to my nightmare. The price is kinda high and there is no access 24/7 it's actually 6am to 10pm and that is a let down too causecthey don't explain that to u when u sign ur name. The staff is great all the way around to bad that don't make up for the s^@$ show I've been through.

I didn't end up using this reservation because I couldn't remember which U-Haul location I had called. It would've been helpful to have received a confirmation email so I knew where I needed to go.

Despite allowing me to choose a Sunday as a move in day online, the facility was closed, so I had to find another storage unit to unload the truck. Please refund my money and mark Sunday closed clearl

Second time using you guys at the Diamond Storage at SLC airport location. My expectations were completely exceeded by two individuals; Eric the storage manager and Journey the van driver. Super guys.

I have stayed three separate times and used the Spokane facility as well. Having used 10 different storage facilities over 6 years I can say the service at the SLC Diamond storage is by far the best.

Facility was not open on Sunday as advertised. Otherwise nice and helpful. Took a little bit to get through paperwork but this is probably normal.

The facility itself is great. Confirming my storage reservation took 40 min. The specialist in storage rentals was left because no one is renting today leaving just one person to do two jobs.

The guy was very nice and accommodating to me when I needed to upgrade to one size larger because the one I had was not big enough so for that I am extremely grateful.

I had to clean the unit before I could move. The gate doesn`t always work it is the cheapest and easiest Also, don`t make a reservation for someone until you make sure that the office is open.

The admin who met us in the office was very helpful and courteous. She explained the entire process and helped us find the unit quickly. The unit was clean and large enough for what we needed to do.

Was told by reservation agent Marisa Ojeda that there would be no additional charges/fees ex. admin fee upon signup. At facility I was charged $25 additional for admin fee.

The representative was not familiar with the facility, it took a long while to find the actual storage unit. I had to wait to pay for it as the regular person did not come in until later.
