I have never seen so many crackheads and druggies in one placeThey would come in and leave on my card even when I told him not to I was even threatened by one of the druggies and reported it to the storage management and they did nothing do not rent from this place

Best storage ever with the most convenient hours and wonderful staff

Staff was a joy especially Stephany the manager. I just wished it had an outlet for a trickle charger to keep the battery up. Next time I think I will remove the battery and keep it at hime on a charger. It started with a jump but the batter appeared so low I couldn't get it to take a charge. Likely means the battery was needing to be replaced anyway. So I am not blaming anyone. But I also know if you have an outlet someone might try and live in it possibly or cause an electrical problem. I figure there is good reason Diamond doesn't have power, they likely see things I couldn't even imagine. So loved the storage place, thanks we will be back, next winter to store our little summer car again most likely. Thanks Jim and Penny

I did not get to move it all out I did not know I would be locked out so quickly and I'm a single mom with a bad back with no bathroom accessible I had to keep stopping to take the kids it's very inconvenient the bathroom is passed the airport it was extremely hard to get it all accomplished I've called several times and someone takes a message and doesn't ever call me back 5581170

My son, Mike Sorey came in to get my storage stuff out since I'm in California. He had a flat tire & gal came out with an air compressed when he was getting Jack out. We both thought it was very kind of her to do that! Thank you! Susan Tarbert

Very easy and conveniently located off the Highway.. I need a unit and I was not from the area .. I found the facility off the internet and they were professional and easy going ... very secured to get in and out and lots of cameras .. I definitely had peace of mind for my belongings being at this facility.... thank u ..#Foreversolid

The entire staff let a person fraud me into putting all my belongings I had left to my name and (childrens things) into there empty unit and would put my name of the lease after I paid the unit current. I did, the office gladly took my payment know that I had put my stuff into the unit. After payment was made they and the leasur would keep locked out, causing me to lose everything. Now that it's stolen property charges should be filed on everyone. I showed them evidence of the written agreement the leasure and I had shared. These employees and Diamonds policy to treat everyone like a problem and cold blooded. Diamond Storage helped this person, gave power to this person to fraud me and Rob me and knowingly. I'll post online emails showing there unwillingness to treat me as a customer. After all they let me rent a new unit knowing I was wanting to put my belongings into the new unit. They gladly took the money for that one too. I say you want your things stolen and acted on poorly, this is the place! I leave out the fact that they towed my trailer with mustang on it off there vehicle storage area where there was tons of room after had parked it there when I returned to town with it late one evening. Not allowing anytime to contact them in regards to upgrading my service. They towed it early am hours not even checking to see who's it is. And all this with security guards as witnesses to my ongoing access to the unit. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DIAMOND STORAGE!!

It was quick and easy to get checked in when I first arrived. They had plenty of spots available at different sizes. The unit was clean. The only downside is they make you buy a special U-Bolt lock.

Staff was helpful, knowledgeable and polite. The roof in our unit leaked last winter. It took quite awhile to get fixed, as a result we had some mold issues. It's also on the spendy side for the size.

I had my storage unit for 1 yr and it was a good experience. Access through a locked gate 24 hours a day was nice. Staff is great. I wish they kept the snow plowed better in front of units in winter..

I had to cancel my reservation because I couldn`t find anyone to help me unload the truck. You also were not a part of the free one month storage for a one way U Haul trip that was advertised.

Lots of sheet metal screws laying around on the driveway from the construction company. Fear of getting a screw in my tires.

Went to facility to get the unit I reserved and they had a sign that pointed down the road and said office there was no office I called and no manager no unit

Stephanie is always helpful when we are in a pinch to get vehicle storage in this area. TSOA has been storing vehicles here for a couple of years and has never had an issue.

I love Diamond Storage, not sure why the 3rd party webselfstorage had anything to do with my reservation. Seems like a scam and just a way to take people`s money.

On the day I was supposed to move in, was told that they do not participate in the U-Haul 1 month Free program. I was offered a Better Deal. I cancelled my reservation and took my business elsewhere.

Very clean unit. The only problem so far is the inability to reach the facility manager to ask a billing question. There`s been no call back after I was there would be.
