Steven ADiana was wonderful!!! I was traveling by tandem bicycle and had a mechanical failure. From our hotel I booked a 10' truck online from the closest location 1 mile from our hotel. Unfortunately, I had not noticed that the actual pickup location was another 4,5 miles from there, and had to walk the additional distance. While walking I called and left a message that I would be late. Diana returned my call, asked where I was, and came to puck me up! Thank you Diana for such great service and helping out a stranded traveler.
David KI was told that if I being the truck back early that y'all would give me some of my money back.! I js got off the phone with the U-haul lady I rented from. and she told me this isn't a credit union! That was uncall for..! I only had the truck for 12 hours rent it for 3 days.! I when over 9 miles on my miles made sure to put the fuel back like it was.! I clean out the back but on driver floor bored I did hv some dirt bc of my feet.! I don't think it's right y'all telling the customers that I f y'all be the truck back early then what y'all rent it for you get some money back that's back business .! And for that rest I will never do business with y'all again are confirm anyone to y'all and i will make sure I put this on Facebook and Instagram & Twitter bc this isn't right..!

Antonio BWhen I dropped the truck off, I told the lady about the truck not having oil.. it had also been raining and that there was a leak in the roof.. cause a few boxes and some clothes to get wet. She was very apologetic, and that the truck should have never left the other facility...

Terry RI completed online check and it still Took 2 hours to get the unit. It was the wrong size. Had none of the preordered items. The truck had NO BRAKES.
Mary LThe agent must have been having a very bad day today. First we decided not to take out insurance but later decided that we would have it because we also rented a tow doily. Everything went from bad to worse. We paid cash for the rentals but she then asked for a $100. deposit. We didn't have that much cash on hand at this point ss, we decided to use one of our credit cards. She made some type of mistake and deleted the rental truck. She thought she had Everything cleared and told me to pick up the $100. deposit when I returned the rentals. Needless to say, ythe $100. deposit was not on the receipt. We called her ans she said that "she apologized and she did see the mistake while preparing her deposit for the day and will return the amount on the credit card." She called later that evening stating that she didn't make the mistake and no money would be returned. Words were exchanged about her agreeing of the mistake she'd made but still refused to put the money on the credit card. I then told her that she would be hearing from my attorney. This was the worst experience I've had with U-Haul. My daughter, her husband and the CDL driver who was with me at the time was not happy. My daughter called her back. I don't know what was said but the agent decided to send money back.

Ronisha BPay me back my $200 I had to pay out of pocket a transfer company to transfer my belongings to another trailer because the first one had poor maintenance and cause me Hotel room and the cost of the transfer company.
Melvin BI had a vehicle reserved. Check out was fast and vehicle was clean and ran well.

Lynda MWe did not give much advanced warning by calling only a few hours before pick up needed to happen. Ms. Diana was very accommodating and made sure everything went well. Thanks for a successful move! Some other reviews stated location was hard to find or needed signs and lights. GPS will take you there, just may have to do a U-turn across divided highway. And there is a billboard size sign in the front that is lit. (But it does only face oncoming traffic).
Laurance HNeeds lights and markings I drove around for 30 min. to find out it was a house and now you all are going to charge me more gas and I filled it or got back to the amount when i picked it up.

Joseph SMaintenance was not done on truck. I drove the truck empty to scales and then to house to be loaded and was very shaky and thought it was normal since it was empty and shocks designed for weight but once completely loaded the shaking was almost worse( and yes weight was loaded/ distributed appropriately). Not only did it feel like it was going to come apart on the highway, but the change oil light came on less than a mile after i left my house and had to make a 1000 mile journey ahead. Unsat for a piece of equipment that you have to be charged by the mile for cant even be taken care of with simple maintenance.
ADAM GMy contract was sent to my email address but I was not able to open it no matter how much I tried.
Bernd CI specifically asked on the phone for a single axle tow trailer that you put only the front of a car on. I asked 3 different ways, I didnt know it was called a tow dolly. When we arrived, our reservation was for a dual axle full towing trailer. She had no tow dollies so we just used what she had. She did let us use a tool to flip our hitch to make it taller. She was very nice. I would be sure to find the exact name of the thing you need before reserving something.

Kinney Ha little small, and figuring out where to go and who to talk to wasn't easy....but Deridder is a small place, so we figured it out. Diana was great, very helpful and straight forward.
Herb MOverall, my pick up location was great. The attendant was responsive, helpful, and professional. My only issue was with the scheduling of U-haul, which had to change my pickup location. When this change was made, they forgot to ensure the trailer had an appliance dolly. I had to drive all over DeRidder and Fort Polk to find an appliance dolly. This was an unexpected delay.
Carolette WDoor handle on the inside was broken and the sun visor on the drivers side was broken and hung right in the line of vision when I was driving
