The code did not appear and we were 45 min late because we had to sit on hold and wait for a rep to give us the lock box code
Krystal DThey were polite and professional. It was a very simple process to receive the moving truck, as well as returning the moving truck. I will definitely be using this location from future needs.
Katrina GShowed up. Had to wait around for about 45 minutes at least while they got my order of boxes ready. They took forever even to find my order and were surprised I even showed up for a truck rental and my order of moving supplies after about 20 minutes, they found my order and then told me that they probably didn't have everything, they were eventually able to find everything and get all my order and paperwork completed but I was in the store for at least 45 minutes while they got everything together. They were nice people, but I expected to show up at my requested time with the keys in the truck, my moving supply order in the back of the truck, and to sign a couple pieces of paper to be in and out in less than five minutes. I will not be using this U-Haul again.

THOMAS PThe location was closed on arrival. I was turning the U-Haul in a day earlier than the contract stated. The app totally failed to function as intended and I venture to guess that this is an attempt to force the $20 dollar convenience fee for not checking the equipment back in on unwitting customers. U-Haul is a terrible company and with no competitors, free to scam and rip people off with impunity.
Jeffrey RBy far the best friendliest gentlemen you would ever meet in the Uhaul business. They gave me play by play as I waiting on them to inspect the vehicle. Very professional and welcoming customer service by far! I WILL seek this location first before going anywhere for U Haul needs.

David SThe truck assigned to me had both transmission and braking issues. I find it unacceptable that your company let a vehicle with such possibly dangerous issues leave your facility. Fortunately, my son was a professional driver and knew how to compensate for the poor vehicle performance. A less experienced driver may not. That truck is an accident waiting to happen if repairs aren't made immediately.
Victoria BAbsolutely nothing. Josh was incredible in every way. He was so kind and welcoming. I have moved 17 times in 21 years, and have never used anyone else except U Haul. I have only had one bad experience, but that was back in 2021, and was not Josh on Bulletsville Road in Burlington Kentucky. So thank you very, very much. I appreciate you. ☺
