The cab was not 100 % clean. There looked to be coffee stains on the floor and a coke bottle under the seat that possibly had pee in it. (I did not remove) Other that that, it was perfectly suitable for a day rental.Thomas N.

My reservation online was made at a location close to me of my choice. The reservation was for a 26 footer and was confirmed at that location. I showed up at that location by way of Uber and then was told that U-Haul moved my reservation to another location. Usually if a location does not have a truck online they say no availability pick another location. When I showed up at the other location the truck was there however U-Haul changed it for somebody else's reservation. This location has a lockbox and cannot speak to the package store clerk as does not handle U-Haul and cannot speak English. Was given a number to call when the lockbox did not work because of a bad connection with the U-Haul app and u-haul.com. Store clerk does not answer her phone and your cell phone will not work to make a call inside the store. Have to go outside.Have to wait for someone from U-Haul to show up to open box to get key for you. Not easy at all in a big inconvenience.Kevin M.

I rated the pickup site poor, because of the difficulty of picking up our truck (that was perfect shape, clean, cranked perfectly etc) there was some confusion getting the lockbox combination, I had registered on the website because we had already had an account with you guys. I had went online to get the reservation number and that's all I thought that I needed. I found out later that we had to do other steps that wasn't clear to us at that moment because . It's not a big deal, Just I wasn't aware that we had to do this. It's not clear enough that we need to do that on the website. This maybe something that you guys should make more apparent. How ever when we called the U-Haul help line the lady helped us navigate what we needed to do she was a Gem, incidentally, because of the confusion we got a larger truck (20 foot) for the same price as the original 15 foot truck that was unavailable. I have used you guys 100 times in the past and I will use you 100 times more in the future. I was just letting you know that it may help if the website could be updated regarding the instructions how to proceed when you have to not only get a reservation, but secure the truck and get the keys from the lockbox. It's much better when you have a person on site to talk to when renting a truck. OK, that being said, thanks for being there when we needed you and providing a safe reliable clean truck to move our stuff. SincerelyAlbert R.

The problem is that I requested a truck in Gainesville, GA, on the side of I-85 that was near the locations I would head. This rental took us about 30 miles out of the way. This is the 2020's. You should be able to check to see if a truck is available at the site I request at the time I request it, and tell me *then*, not *later*, if that site is not available.MISTY P.

I used mobil pick up/drop off and this area is a dead zone which made it very difficult and the customer service help line had a 45 minute wait time and wasn't very helpful for mobil issues. Both the app and the website are not user friendly and have issues.Sean O.

Our reservation time was 12 noon, we got there at 1:00, and when we went inside to ask about the reservation the gentleman at the counter said we have to call another number to get the code to the lock box. We called the number several times and didn't get an answer. Finally the man at the counter got a hold of him and was able to get the keys for us. They should have included that info in the pick up instructions. And if you know you have someone picking up a truck that day, answer your phone or make arrangements for someone else to handle it. We didn't get truck until 1:30, then home at 2:00. It pushed everything back on our move.Ernest B.
Phone numbers and address were incorrect on website, text messages and emails. Drove around for a hour looking for this . Was suppose to pick it up near my home, had to drive 40 miles to pick it up. Burned a lot of gas a miles when we made our reservation almost a month early. Then we arrived at a liquor store to pick it up and the guy working there could not even speak english. This location has very poor cell phone reception. Making it pretty much impossible to use the mobile share at this location. Workers at the stores at this location are of little help. Claim they know nothing about the Uhaul rentals and refused to let me use their wi fi! I called the Uhaul customer service and was told the wait for an agent is 55 minutes! After 45 minutes of frustration I finally got the local uhaul reps phone number from the store clerk. Nick was very helpful! He hot me underway in just minutes. Without his help I would have left without my rental. I also needed Nick's help with trip plan changes with no issues. I recommended to Nick he should put his contact info on the drop box at this location.William P.
What a fucking shit show. You're told the hours of operation and someone will be there. It's a fucking drop off box. Nobody there to actually drop off your truck with. So now you're forced to use the website which crashes when you try to upload the 10 pictures to prove you're dropping off the truck. Then you get charged a late fee and extra rental because "Fuck you" that's why.BRYCE T.

Not a thing-this was the best experience I have ever had renting a moving truck. William Hitchcock an Area Field Manager just happened to be at the rental location- he saw that we were stressed out-especially my wife. William took action and assisted us in such a way that it even calmed down my wife and it made the rest of our move 100 % better than it had been going. Many Thanks to Uhaul and William.Wayne S.

This location made a lot more sense because it's attached to a gas station. I was able to fill up and return, no problems. However, it took two calls to CS to get the right drop off because the first one - Lock n Roll doesn't exist. GPS could not find and the business seems to be closed. Ultimately, this experience was just a huge headache.Jennifer V.

I had, what I thought a firm reservation, for a 9:00 AM pick up! However the location did NOT open until 10:00 AM!!! I was on a tight schedule and that didn't help any at all!! The 10 AM opening time was the normal time for opening! U-haul national agreed to the 9 AM pick up time! Please try to coordinate a little better in the future!!!ANGELO P.

Our pick up location and time was changed. We had a pick up at 8am in dahlonega and on the way at 7:45am we received a text saying we needed to pick up the truck at 9:30am in downtown Dawsonville. When we called to discuss why they changed it and if we could pick up a different truck size at the dahlonega location no one answered. We waited at the dahlonega location for the associate to arrive since we were expecting to pick up a truck there at 8 and were already on the way there before plans were changed and the associate was late. Once she arrived she said all the trucks there were already reserved. We drove to the other location and waited for them to open at 9:30 am. The associate didn't arrive until 9:45 am. To improve for next time we would like for our pick up location and time to not change 15 minutes before our pick up time. In addition if the employees could be on time to their sites. And lastly no one apologized for the inconvenience that it caused our day. We had other people waiting on us to move because of the time change. Mistakes happen and we understand that but no one apologized for the mistake that affected at least 20 people that day.David M.

I was never told my pickup location was changed. So when we showed up at the original pickup location he had no clue why we were there. He gave us the address for where we were supposed to go. We lost 1,5 hours having to travel and locate the new place.David W.
