Not a thing-this was the best experience I have ever had renting a moving truck. William Hitchcock an Area Field Manager just happened to be at the rental location- he saw that we were stressed out-especially my wife. This location made a lot more sense because it's attached to a gas station. I was able to fill up and return, no problems. However, it took two calls to CS to get the right drop off because the first one - Lock n Roll doesn't exist. GPS could not find and the business seems to be closed. Ultimately, this experience was just a huge headache.Jennifer V.

I had, what I thought a firm reservation, for a 9:00 AM pick up! However the location did NOT open until 10:00 AM!!! I was on a tight schedule and that didn't help any at all!! The 10 AM opening time was the normal time for opening! U-haul national agreed to the 9 AM pick up time! Please try to coordinate a little better in the future!!!ANGELO P.

Our pick up location and time was changed. We had a pick up at 8am in dahlonega and on the way at 7:45am we received a text saying we needed to pick up the truck at 9:30am in downtown Dawsonville. When we called to discuss why they changed it and if we could pick up a different truck size at the dahlonega location no one answered. We waited at the dahlonega location for the associate to arrive since we were expecting to pick up a truck there at 8 and were already on the way there before plans were changed and the associate was late. Once she arrived she said all the trucks there were already reserved. We drove to the other location and waited for them to open at 9:30 am. The associate didn't arrive until 9:45 am. To improve for next time we would like for our pick up location and time to not change 15 minutes before our pick up time. In addition if the employees could be on time to their sites. And lastly no one apologized for the inconvenience that it caused our day. We had other people waiting on us to move because of the time change. Mistakes happen and we understand that but no one apologized for the mistake that affected at least 20 people that day.David M.

I was never told my pickup location was changed. So when we showed up at the original pickup location he had no clue why we were there. He gave us the address for where we were supposed to go. We lost 1,5 hours having to travel and locate the new place.David W.
I was charged to for fuel when I returned the truck with a full tank. I have the evidence to prove that I returned it full and the charge will be returned or reported as fraudulentAdam P.
