I reserved a truck several weeks in advance for a local move on 23 October ], with pickup scheduled for 5:00 PM at [location name and address]. Because I had booked paid movers to help load, I planned my day carefully around that reservation. I arrived early, hoping to be efficient. The location was a brick building with a key box and no staff. The posted instructions directed me to call an 800 number. I waited on hold for about 40 minutes without reaching anyone, so I went home. I returned at 5:00 PM, my scheduled pickup time. Again, no one was on site. This time I reached a customer service representative, who tried to walk me through the self-pickup process on my phone. After repeated attempts, the system still would not let me access the truck or complete the rental. By this point I was two hours behind schedule. This operation is below standard and i wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Devonte RSo I chose this location despite the bad reviews but I quickly saw why it’s so low. It appears they arent running the service properly…they added blankets and dolly to my order (but there was no blankets or dolly in the truck) and I had to ask 3 times to remove it. I returned the truck during business hours and they tried to get me to check the truck back in (even though they are supposed to do it when you return during business hours) Then I see my receipt later and they added $50 charge for fuel even though I got gas when I returned it…right at their gas station lol. When I called customer service they said it was because the location had the fuel set higher than it was when I picked it up…but I took a picture of fuel level and uploaded to uhaul before using rental and they still overcharged me. Wanted to give an honest review so that others may see what to expect…I rent a lot of uhauls and I likely wouldn’t return here until they get some training on how to properly run the uhaul service. Uhaul is great though…just not this location at the moment lol
QUAYSHAWN CI need my refund because I was diverted to this location due my previous truck not being properly returned and it delayed me around 30 minutes from actually getting a truck and starting my move.
AIDAN STook us close to 4 hours to get a truck and was sent to 3 different locations. The system and process used is horrible. No one takes responsibility and we wasted 4 hours on locking up a truck that was reserved and paid for. Just horrible!
Nancy SThe location itself was covered in trash. Someone parked another uhaul directly in front of the one we rented and we had to maneuver to get out. The 2 Dollys I ordered were not in the truck and all locations near were closed so we had to do without them.
