Truck was great but your app, website, and phone services all suck. I used the mobile app to get the truck and when I came to return it I was unable to do the return because the 2nd picture of the clean truck would not load on the website. Then I downloaded the uhaul app and the 1st picture of the odometer would not load. So I called the Uhaul number and went throught the options including the one that mentioned needing help for the Uhaul return app and it never would go through to a person, it would just say goodbye and hang up. The only way I could do the return is if I marked it as not clean. And I still get charged the bullcrap cleaning fee, wtf Uhaul.Cody D.

My wife and I picked up my 10' van, and immediately upon entering the vehicle we could tell it hasn't been cleaned...ever! The dashboard had years of filth, and the drivers added seat liner was half falling off. The windshield had elements of droppings that couldn't be washed away with windshield wipers, and many of those were directly in my line of site. The vehicle had 111,xxx miles on the odometer, and every bump on my 80 mile r/t journey reminded me of its age with rattles and squeeks that would drive anyone crazy after a few minutes. Before returning the vehicle, I stopped to replace the gas taking note of the 1/2 filled mark, and when returning they told me they would email me the receipt after inspection (why didn't they just do it while I was there???). My receipt showed a 7,12 $ charge for gas, and after 20 minutes complaining on the phone to Danny (who told me MULTIPLE times that I was wrong), I hung up telling him I would never do business with his company again. What a terrible experience from start to finish. If this is how U-Haul allows their representatives to operate and representative of the equipment rented, I may have to reconsider ever doing business with U-Haul again as well. Terrible!John P.

Stop switching pickup locations. Uhaul switched me within 36 hours of my rental day and it cost me $$$$$$$ANTHONY J S.
Uhaul and the pick up locations need to communicate better. I ordered a dolly and 12 furniture pads which the pick up location didn't have. Either DML needs to contact their customers prior to pick up or uhaul needs to verify that the supplies being ordered are at the correct locations. I was very frustrated about this! Van that they had for us was in awful shape. Mirror was taped together with duct tape, my son could not even adjust it to see out of it correctly. Ride was VERY rough. Van was rusty with holes in the body & very dirty. I will think twice before renting againWilliam T.

Two weeks in a row, I rented from the UHaul location in Malvern, PA. Two weeks in a row, there were avoidable, uncommunicated issues with my rental. The first week, the truck I had rented was unavailable so I had to rent a much smaller vehicle. The second week, I was told that even though there were dozens of trucks on the lot, and I had confirmation that Malvern was my location, I had to travel to West Chester to pick up a truck there. Neither situation is at all acceptable, and both were entirely avoidable and involved zero communication from the company.JASON P.

the van I rented had several furniture pads/blankets left in it and one of the wooden braces on the drivers side in the cargo area was broken. And with technology, I was able to drop it off after hours, but I had to do the work of verifying the condition of the van's return. That was a Plus and a Minus.william M.

With COVID-19 here. I would of liked the seats vacuumed off. Also steering wheel wiped off with a antibacterial cloth. Knobs and handles. This would of taken only 10-15 minutes. This is my second one I rented this March both times they were not Clean.Tracy C.
