MICHEL LL'alignement n'étais pas fait, pour que le camion se conduise en ligne droite, le volant devant être tourné à 90 degrés. De plus, ici au Québec nous utilisons des km/h et le camion montrais seulement les milles/h donc c'est assez difficile d'avoir quelle vitesse nous roulons.
Jimmy GWhen I made the reservation on the app, I chose a 24 hour pickup. Once on site, I was struggling with the app. The location was still open and the Friendly and helpful staff at this location noticed that I was struggling. They invited me inside and completed my reservation at the counter. Less than 5 minutes later I was sitting in the rental truck. This location has amazing employees.
Alain DI left the Truck at the same level of gasoline as my departure and I had a fuel at the same level when I came back and I was charge for an extra charge of $ 14. Photo has support. The last location I was informed that my personal information had been stolen. No more confidence in business. I'm sure that you will not doing a follow up with me.
FRANKY DNotify that if it's the first time you rent, allow 20 to 30 minutes to fill all the questions before accessing your truck. It was not easy. Should be able to are the key before answering the questions so the truck can warm up.

Luc SThe service was excellent, but the truck was mechanically in "not so good" condition. I think there was a problem with the direction. There was a lousse in the direction. Also when I was turning right, I always had to correct the turn, so the truck didn't turn to much right. It's hard to explain, but I hope you'll understand.

Julien FCe n'est pas l'endroit le problème mais l'application. Cela a pris 45 minutes avant d'avoir accès à l'application puisque ca donnait un code d'erreur et ensuite sur l'application, après avoir pris la photo du permis de conduire, cela a pris encore un bon 15 minutes avant d'Avoir l'approbation du system pour me donner le code de la boîte à clé. Vraiment nous avons perdu 1 heure.
